First motorcycle mount!
First time purchasing a product for this purpose. But, however, it is exactly what is advertised! And more so, I had an issue with the new I phone 17 with its camera button and a new one was sent IMMEDIATELY as it could be available! I didn’t even have to follow up. 👍👍👍

Quality stuff but frightening delivery
I have purchased a personally customized kit for my motorbike on 2024, and I am really delighted with it. But delivery time and tracking information provided by local carrier GLS (I don't know who was in charge for the international transport), was unuseful.
I have recently purchased another customised kit (to give as a present) and to be used in a car, and the gifted person is also happy with the product. This time I have chosen for him a magnetic adapter and it was correctly in the car. But again, transport information was false, the package was stuck and I must contact customer service to solve the issue.
I really enjoy the products I have purchased but the delivery process, at last in Spain or at least with GLS, is really scary.

Scummy Company!!!
I bought a brand new quad lock for a scooter, not even a week later it dropped my brand new phone. I made sure the phone case was an approved material, I waited an extra 24 hours for adhesive to stick.
ONE little bump in the road and it came off! Stay away from this company as they won't even replace a phone less than £200. Imagine using this low quality product on your new expensive iphone!
They're such a scummy company they won't even listen to the consumer laws! They want me to prove fault to a product which got launched off a bike at 30mph even though I'm still within 6 months meaning they have to prove it!

Great product
Great product! I have the motorcycle charging kit and it works great. I also have the belt clip, which holds very well. For some reason it broke twice on me, which didn’t matter as quadlock offers warranty and it was replaced twice. The process took approximately 4 days from filing claim to receiving replacement. Highly recommend quadlock products.

Don’t buy a case for iPhone 17 Pro Max!!!
I have always loved Quad Lock cases and have had them for at least the past 6 years - as soon as I order my new phone a Quad Lock case gets ordered. However I am extremely disappointed with the case for the iPhone 17 Pro Max. The camera continually gets turned on. I have switched back to an Apple case and the camera doesn’t accidentally get switched on with it so it is evident there is a major design flaw with the Quad Lock case. If it was a £5 case I wouldn’t be overly concerned but at £34.99 to say I am disappointed is an understatement. Not good enough

I bought a MAG case SVG Edition and…
I bought a MAG case SVG Edition and screen protector in Nov for my son for Christmas, however I bought the incorrect size unfortunately which i only found out when my son opened it on Xmas day. When I politely asked them if they could exchange for the correct size they refused saying it was outside the 30 day cutoff date. This is so unreasonable and very bad after sales customer service as the product had not even been opened. I am very disappointed with the service and would not use them again

Bought a wireless CarPlay/Android Auto adaptor as Christmas present for my dad therefore couldn’t test that it worked with the car within the 30 day return window, it doesn’t work with the car and they were entirely unwilling to do anything about it.

case was delivered quickly and it's robust - the mount itself is not very strong and with the ring mount it's easy to over stress the lobes and weaken it.
the case is also made of rubber containing (i assume) latex which means if you have an allergy like me the case will make you break out. ever-growing disregarding this the texture of the rubber is just unpleasant to hold.

Good product
Good product. No issues thus far, phone stays where it placed, on my bike and in my truck. Just bought a cup holder for my car. Case is solid. If I had a complaint it would be that the case itself is slippery and would be better if the surface was rough.

Thank you for breaking my camera while mounting the iphone 13 pro max in your system. Vibration made camera break video stabilizator after 5 short rides with it. Congratulations, top expensive and super bad.
After contacting Apple, the guarantee does not cover it, as expected.
Guys just notice that if you are planning to use ur phone as a GPS DONT BUY A EXPENSIVE PHONE FOR IT. Better put an old one with aliexpress mounts rather this quad lock that just breaks up video cameras.
Mounted in a small ring of a T7, maybe thats the reason, but its they fault selling the product without trying it properly, i can guarantee with this ammount of vibration any phone video stabilizator will break up in the Yamaha tenere 700

Didn't match description
Product was not sturdy for the car o needed to fit it in. There was quite a bit of movement which would see the phone fall off the mount. I returned the product and was given a refund. Unfortunately you don't get a full refund. Although the product didn't match the sales pitch I'm still out of pocket even after returning.

Stop blowing up my email for a review!
I would not write a review, but Quad Lock will not sending me emails for a review. The product is simply a magnet that I had to repurchase because the last one fell off or stuck to something metal. It sucks I had to buy this twice, and they could not make it stick to the cover properly.

Great solid products and good aftercare
It is a great Iphone 17 pro max case. It has a perfect fit together with the Spigen protection glass. Unfortunately the original iPhone magsafe charging pad is not working with it, because the case is too thick. The magnet is working perfectly though.
Update 29-12-2025: Thank Quadlock-support for reaching out and offering solutions. You get an extra star for aftercare!
Update 14-01-2026: I purchased Quadlock charging solutions additionally. I can confirm that the wireless charging is working with the "Quadlock MAG charging Head" and "Quadlock wireless Charging Pad". You get an extra star for this working setup! I can reccommend Quadlock products to other people.
