Great dealings so far with the Dazzler Falcon 200cc quad that got delivered today by Billy, great communication on expected arrival time through out.

Even though I wasn’t there to take delivery, they listened to instructions for who was taking delivery.

Will definitely look to use again in the future when it comes to upgrading the kids bikes.

Just had a brz bike delivered for my son as his friend purchased one from quad warehouse, it was fully assembled, really quick delivery time , great communication and update on delivery slot from Billy . Very pleased . Would definitely recommend.

Nice place full of lovely looking machines however after buying a quad from here we have had issues with it and find it hard to get any reply’s from the firm feel like you have to mither them to get response which in its self is annoying my 9yr old grandson rides the quad do of course we need to no it’s safe and unfortunately he’s not been able to ride it for 2 weeks because we’ve been waiting for a response and then had to exit for parts we did get them in the end although it was a faff

Bought the MEGA ELITE 2025 48V for my sons 6th birthday. Prompt and secure delivery and putting it together was a doddle thanks to the quad warehouse YouTube walkthrough video.

Ordered a bike was told it was sent out to then come to realize it was not sent out at all after speaking to the company that Tristan had mentioned had my product then was told BS lies on how another person had ordered the same bike and there was mix up have the whole thing recorded on my phone do not buy from this company also the bike it self is so cheap brakes rub against the disc brakes battery is absolutely terrible had the bike out no more then 30 minuets on the lowest speed section for it to then die after being fully charged also payed for express delivery to then be told by the delivery company it was put down as a standard delivery

11/10 for customer service and bikes! Highly recommend this company had many bikes and quads from them wouldn’t go anywhere else The owner is a very REASONABLE guy and gets things sorted quickly and always very helpful thanks again
