I was nearly going to purchase but luckily I have read the poor reviews and not to my surprise yet another company trying to get peoples money.

Made an online order December 8th. tracking said it was delivered and never arrived. Nobody wants to help resolve. DONOT order from this company, all a scam!!!!

I ordered the treadmill, November 29th, today December 23rd, I checked tracking , it read that treadmill had been delivered, but was not. I even went to post office, they told me it was most likely a scam. I hate scammers and the damage they do.

I ordered a Treadmill including shipping insurance November paid for shipping insurance said it had been delivered to my Address but I never received it sent so many emails but just come back thought FedEx had delivered it but they were so helpful and said the tracking number was for a delivery company called
Xchen never heard of them so must be a scam very disappointed and couldn’t afford to lose my money

I ordered a treadmill in October and followed the so called tracking which eventually said it had been delivered. I have no idea where it could have been delivered but it certainly was not to me. I have tried contacting them via emails but just returning rejected.
It’s obviously a scam so beware.

I ordered a treadmill on 12/11/24 was supposed to be delivered in 48 hours. But was dispatched from china. I received tracking notices then on the 5/12/24 it said delivered but nothing has been received. I have tried contacting everyone i can but have not got any replies so far

Still waiting on a order treadmill and jacket.ordered on 28th October. Said shipped within 48hrs .rang number on Web site comes back number unknown. Email bounced back. Paid by credit card. They are looking into company.

Never received package and no tracking information. When I try to email to the email address, it bounces back.

No parcel arrived. No confirmation of tracking number or name of postage company. I think it's just an AI bot responding to emails. No phone number to contact them it's a scam
