SCAM!Shocking garbage. The way the website is presented it falsely presents itself as Europe based but everything is sent from china. Horrific scam. Fake testimonials. How disgusting

They are a scam!! Tights look really cheap and they are not ready to take returns. They promised me half money back 1.5 month back but are not returning money as well. Any not to mention the disgusting customer service who take ages to respond. DO NOT BUY!

If I could give it no stars I would. I also had the same terrible experience as other people. I also wish I had read these reviews before purchasing the items. I’m out of pocket £39 plus the £5 it cost to return them. The product was awful the fit the lining all awful so I wanted to return and get refund. It’s an automated email via ‘Nicola’. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Would give 0 star if the system allows

This company is horrible. Having advertisements in Instagram to attract customers at £39 for two socks, then took weeks to arrive. The socks look good but really not what you expect as compared to the photos on the website. The colour is darker than they say and I didn't want to put it on.

The lady of the CS called Nicole, tried to be helpful on my return and refund request and the website also sends me an email regarding successful refund notification, but the money will never come back. Tried to chase for a full month, Nicole will simply tell you they are still processing the refund or ask you to check with your bank as they have already issued the refund, or she will even say she will escalate the case to the management team but then disappears and never gets back to you.

I don't think I could get back my money, given the other 1-star reviews below. But if I can really get it back, I will come back again and give you all an update.

This is the worst experience I had in 2023. Wishing the company would be reported and forced closure soon.

Disgusting!

100% a scam. Took weeks to arrive, and are nothing like the description or images online. Despite having an "easy returns" badge on their website, I now see that they don't offer refunds, only a credit note, which is useless given the poor quality of the products. Huge waste of a fair bit of money.

Unfortunately also one of the people who were scammed. Took too long to be delivered (Continental Europe). Tights are not fleece lined at all. Nor are they thick in any way. Poor quality tights. Customer service response takes days to respond to requests for refunds and returns. And when they do respond, they ask for pictures as proof then say they don't refund since it's already opened, but offers 30% back of what you paid for.

Will be reporting this to my credit card company as fraudulent.

Poor quality and difficult returns, waste of money, avoid

Won't repeat what's been said below, but have had the same experience re the quality and lack of returns. Really wish I'd done some research before wasting £39.

Awful product - i e tights. They refuse to accept the returns despite the returns policy on the website. I have been waiting for 6 days now for the paperwork to send it back. Will be reporting for fraud.

I would give zero points but it’s not possible to do that. The tights are cheap quality poorly made and are not fleece or fur lined. Also they won’t give you money back and ask you send the cheap ones back by registered post before they send you other tights ! This is a scam!

SCAM, they send you a different product than what they advertised

A total scam. The tights were not remotely fur-lined and when I emailed they asked me to post them back at cost to me. They've now stopped replying to my messages after taking £39.

Complete scam. Products were completely different as advertised. Was not fleece and just sent brown tights. And when I sent multiple refund request via email, no response. I'm so disappointed that I fell for this scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP.

This product is a scam, don't buy!

Firsty, the tights took 3.5 weeks to arrive.

Then when I finally recieved them, they came packaged in a plastic, unbranded, smiley face bag. Which was confusing when I saw that they're not fur lined at all, just a basic thin lining. I was wondering whether they were the actual Qotton tights because they looked so different to what is advertised on the website. However, after reading all the negative reviews online, I realised that indeed they are Qotton and the product is a complete scam.

The other thing to mention is that the colour and size is also wrong! So I can't even wear them as non warm tights.

False advertisement. Took 3 weeks and got a product that had nothing to do with what I ordered.

Worst purchase ever! I usually check online reviews and I didn’t this time. This is a total scam. They need to be sued! Stay away!

DON’T BUY! I’ve bought thights buy 1 get 1 free for £39.
Expectations vs REALITY. THEY ARE NOT ADVERTISING WHAT IT IS ON THE PICTURE. They’re just normal thights, no freaking FUR-LINED. Such a SCAM.
