What abad experience
Hello what a bank first of all they are far to expensive and now they block my account.
If I try to contact them all the time the same emails and by chat the same answers but there happens nothing
Never but than never again a account by this bank

Your account is suspended due to the revocation of your company's NIF (Tax ID) by the Spanish Tax Agency. Spanish law (Law 58/2003, Section 4) legally prohibits financial institutions from processing any transactions for companies with revoked tax IDs. This is a legal requirement, not a Qonto decision.
We've provided you with two solutions: (1) regularize your NIF with the Tax Agency and send us the official reactivation document to restore full account functionality, or (2) if you wish to close the company, provide official dissolution documentation. We're ready to assist as soon as you've resolved this with the authorities.
Regarding your update: We acknowledge that you no longer reside in Spain. However, your company remains registered in Spain with a revoked Spanish NIF, which means Spanish financial regulations still apply regardless of your personal residence. The Tax Agency revocation must be resolved with the Spanish authorities, or the company must be officially dissolved following Spanish legal procedures. Your current location does not change these legal requirements.

No help at all!
After my husband put money on his new business account to pay a due business invoice, the payment bounced, because of security issues? Now the money's stuck and we're stuck as well. No service at all to help us.
Is this the way you treat people, getting money and then hold it?
In the end my husband was able to reverse the transaction after the account was denied without valid reason after supplying all the information that was asked for.
