We have recently completed three successful days of ISO assessments carried out by one of Citation’s assessors. Although Douro appeared extremely thorough, he was very approachable and provided valuable, professional feedback throughout the process.
The assessments ran smoothly, and we felt comfortable reaching out to Douro at any point during the assessment days whenever we had questions.

We had a very positive experience with our Auditor Simon Langston during our ISO 9001 audit. He was extremely easy to get on with and approached the audit in a friendly and professional manner, which helped put myself at ease from the very beginning. Simon made the entire process feel straightforward and manageable, clearly explaining requirements and guiding me through each stage. His approachable style, friendly manner and clear communication made a real difference to the overall experience. We would be delighted to have him again for our next review.

George Craig conducted a great external audit. He made what can often be an onerous process interesting, insightful and positive. He made it particularly beneficial through his deep understanding of the ISO27001:2022 standard and clear, pertinent insights regarding ways to improve our information security.

Simon Langston completed an audit for our ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications, and I wanted to take the opportunity to recognise the quality of his work.

From the outset, Simon demonstrated a highly professional and structured approach, ensuring the audit process was both thorough and well organised. His depth of knowledge across both standards was evident throughout, and he was able to challenge constructively while remaining pragmatic and supportive.

Our auditor (Diane Beck) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and provided great support and assistance in helping us develop and maintain our ISO systems. She didn't over complicate scenarios and used terminology that was relatable but professional. Thank you Diane!

Our first audit, conducted by Colin Turley, was the opposite of what I was expecting. I was expecting an intense session, with someone try to catch me out, instead what we had was a friendly auditor, who supported us through the process and really put me an ease (even making a few jokes along the way!) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Citation or Colin to anyone else, and hope to see Colin at a future audit!

We have just completed our first ISO audit on Thursday 26th March 2026, with Alex Misovicova as our consultant, and she was truly amazing.
