Purchased a set of countersink bits for wood and other light materials, having to replace a much loved bit i had used for years.

You delivered on time, Your drills are excellent quality ( I use them on armoured fighting vehicles regularly they hands down beat your competitors).
They last longer and make my job easier, yes they are more expensive, but they are worth every Penny.

3 months, where’s my order??
Ordered some drill bits and never received as its been 3 months nearly since I ordered. Haven’t been updated I’ve had to chase which I was told they would be sent that week, this was a month ago.
Very disappointed and just want a full refund.
