Ordered one kinky short lace front human hair, received curly non-human hair wig looking like Abraham Lincoln, second one was suppose to be short cut bob, human lace also, received a mixed gray with white front, hair falling out as removed from box.. Total $280.00 . No return address, Only PayPal listed, reached out to PayPal, they said they investigated and found no mis-representation. Order placed on December, received around December 24 2025...Totally a rip off!!

Buyers....BEWARE.... These people are thieves. I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me give ZERO!!!

This site is a scam. The wigs come from China and you can’t return them. I was sent the wrong wig and fought with them about it and they tried to get me to buy more wigs. I lost $125.

Never received my order. Looks genuine but pretty much a scam.

I ordered a wig and it (eventually ) arrived but nothing like the advert. I emailed the company and UR hair (the product brand) repeatedly to as how to return but no response. They are thieves, as others here have said.

The hair was complete garbage. I paid for 24” 26” 30” loose deepwave bundles.. the only decent part of the hair was the closure and only because the texture was the loose deepwave that I order. These bundles were not true to texture that I order and the hair was very nappy, a complete waste of money.

This website is a complete scam, it’s a rip off. I paid 200 dollars for a bundle of Brazilian hair thinking I was going to get the 3 bundles it showed on the site, I sent only one bundle, I have emailed called and called these people for days no response. They do not follow their refund policies nor the customer service policies they tend to post on this fake web site. Please stay away from this site do your hair shopping where you are appreciated.

Just got my Brazilian Water Wave Closure put in .This hair is amazing soft and silky. I'm so glad I found this site will recommend to my friends and family most definitely you have a long term customer. I'm 54 years old I feel like I'm 30 years old again love this hair 😍

My hair is still looking good. I wet it a little then I put OGX light spray mist with the OGX marrocon oil I love this hair !

This hair is super cute and falls effortlessly. It has minimal shedding and tangling when worn down. The curls are just like the picture advertised when you brush them out, thanks!

Absolutely love these bundles !! a little stringy after washing but nothing unmanageable! I will be recommending to friends and family along with more future purchases from this company! very easy to just wet and go!

I would like to start this off firstly by saying that this hair is lovely. This is my third time ordering hair from queenlife and I have to say I will definitely be buying from here again. The hair is very soft and true to length. This was my first time making a wig and I thought it came out pretty good so I’m impressed. I already have recommended this hair to my friend who has now places an order after seeing it on me. Customer service was very good!
