emptying with tube

Only very little experience to submit a thorough review of 2 devices bought. Up tl now it seems a device of quality that works fine, also with remote control.
Just one remark:
Very little information on the way and functionîng of emptying the water container with the plastic tube. I am still puzzeled to find the possibility to connect to the container.

Very good airconditioner

Very good airconditioner for my caravan. Kept it realy cool during my holidays in Spain. The instructions how to use the machine could, in my opion, be more specific in how to use the water draintube. When using the airco for the first time I got my seatings very wet. Overall I'm very satisfied and so is my partner; "a happy wife is a happy life!". 👍🏾🙃

Very positive experience with Qlima

Very positive experience with Qlima, after my gas heater broke down just after 2 years. They replaced my unit with a new one since the old heater couldn't be repaired anymore. Polite helpdesk and aiming to find a solution. Well done guys!

Start of an HVAC.
Due to a lack of brico dépôt , Myriam, support client, did a good job and succeed that the company in charge of the start of the HVAC will be done on time for me .

Bought Qlima kachel R4224TC and the…

Bought Qlima kachel R4224TC and the smell of kerozin is so bad that even with an open window, we cannot breathe. We had to open all the windows and the smell is still very bad. Unhappy with the purchase

I'm sorry to hear that our heater is not to your liking. We designed our heaters and our fuel to minimize any smell. With the R4224TC heater there is a possibility of a light smell when turning the heater on or off, but the smell shouldn't be as you describe. In this reply I'm going to give a few possible reasons/fixes for the smell. If that didn't help you, please call our customer service. They are happy to help you. You can reach them on: 0412-694 694

Fuel:
The Qlima brand heater fuel is designed to be very clean and odorless. Using a different brand of fuel that's less clean could mean more smell.
After opening a container of fuel, it can be stored for a one year maximum, it's possible that if your fuel is over a year old, that it could give a smell.

Placement:
It's also important that the heater is free from obstacles and the room it's in has plenty of ventilation.

If none of this is the case, please contact our customer service. Our heaters are not supposed to smell the way you describe, so we want to help you get to the bottom of it.

Worst experience with after sales service

I had a very bad experience with Qlima Air conditioner. One of the worst after sales service experience I have ever had with any electrical device I have bought till now. Don’t recommend anyone to buy their products, there are better companies in the market who provide better after sales service.
