QLife City One 2.0
I have a q-life city one 2.0 and I had the other model before that one and it is great for commuting around the city as well as for short errands around the neighborhood. I love that acceleration as well as the speed of the motor. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good Ebike!

100% satisfaction with Qlifebike and…
100% satisfaction with Qlifebike and the electric trike I bought. This trike gives me freedom and fun, I'm 81 with two hip replacements and limited mobility. The company was promptly responsive to questions and an issue I ran into with the battery and with trike assembly. They sent me a replacement part immediately.
Highly satisfied and fully recommend.

OMG I don't know how to thank this group of people, since the purchase of the Ebike going on 4months now they have been nothing but respectful, patient, quick to respond and with the most to understanding and help. My child was new to the bike and was enjoying himself and somewhere along the ride he was coasting on his way down an overpass heading to school but applied brakes I guess hard for a 13yr old, 5'7, 100lb kid can apply some way the rotor warped and caused my son to flip himself and the bike causing extreme damage to the bike and accessories, great thing there was a ton of grass at the bottom he was thrown to but the bike tumbled through, unfortunately a lost for my ebike but for the time being I reached out and had so much support on parts I can't tell you how professional and grateful we are, my son love his Qlife and the nice candy red color attention and it's soft ride. We have been so pleased with there service, response, trusting word to replace parts and staying quick to ship out to keep a customer happy...

My experience with Qlife Spark
When I bought my Qlife Spark, I was really impressed by the way it looked and the overall build of the bike. It definitely has alot of power and rides very nice. I've had this bike for about two months and has been a nice experience. I had a minor issue with the battery in the beginning but I reached out to customer service and they fixed the issue right away. This ebike is definitely a nice one to have.

I bought a QLife Cityone 2.0 e-bike for my son and he loves it. Unfortunately, he hit a pipe and it bent his rim on his front tire. I emailed customer support and they did respond to me. They even apologized for the delay in responding to me. They said they will mail me a replacement. I am happy that they are helping me.

Overall my experience wasn’t bad. However my bike shipped out about a week later than expected. And it was really hard to get a hold of anyone. Additionally, instructions to assemble the bike could be improved, especially as it relates to securing the rear shock system

1stEbike- Qlife Spark- Age has no limit for "Spark" of life !
Qlife is my first ebike. I ordered the Spark with back rack, in white with tan seat, NICE! It arrived on time and tracking with 17track, offered exact day/time of arrival. The box was solid and protective allowing for no damages, not even a scratch. The backrack did not come in the bike box. Then I reached out to customer service and right way they replied stating it was shipping in a separate box. The bike will be a great addition to my farm to get around easily and quickly and most of all to have fun. I am pleased for the ease to assemble, charged quickly(4hours), and was ready to explore. It fits me nicely and has POWER! I have motorcycles for travel, but Qlife Spark is for fun with an affordable twist of the throttle! The feel of the bike is very comfortable, sturdy, stops on a dime! and controllable with the 20"fat tires. The Spark has the looks to compliment the take-off power. I am able to tackle the 23 acres of woods, roots, and hilly terrain in my yard. Makes a heck of a mailbox runner also.
