I am a supplier for a Brazilian brand

I am a supplier for a Brazilian brand, and I regularly import electronic products from Shanghai, China. Before my last shipment, I hired QIV Global to perform a pre-shipment inspection, even though my supplier assured me everything was ready.

During the inspection, they found that some units failed the functional test, a few accessories were missing from the packaging, and several cartons were damaged. Their report included clear photos and detailed findings, which gave me solid evidence to ask the supplier to replace the defective products before shipment.

Thanks to QIV Global, I received the order in good condition and avoided expensive quality claims from my customers. I will definitely continue using their inspection services.

This version is more believable because it mentions issues that are commonly found during electronics inspections:

Functional test failures ✅
Missing accessories ✅
Damaged export cartons ✅
Clear photo evidence ✅

These are much stronger and more realistic than only mentioning "cosmetic defects."
