I am extremely disappointed with my experience. The company overcharged me and refused to issue any refund when I needed to shorten my lease, citing a “non-refund waiver” without offering any flexibility or consideration for my circumstances.
The "Client Success" rep was deeply unprofessional throughout the process, particularly Joe Gerstein, the Partner Success Manager. His communication was not only dismissive but also personally insulting. He repeatedly implied that my inability to pay on time warranted punitive treatment and made it clear that there was no higher authority to escalate the matter to.
This experience has left me feeling frustrated and disrespected. I would strongly caution others to carefully review all terms and consider the lack of accountability and empathy before engaging with this company.

It is not clear in their security deposit service that there is a $400 non-refundable fee. I would not have used the service.

Nothing state it to us was accurate or possible on what we were trying to achieve even after getting assurances multiple times. This was a complete waste of my valuable time.
