toy drone, can barely fly, crashs and advert not true

there are a lot of fake reviews when you google this drone, look on youtube before buying it, I paid £85 drone arrived promptly direct from China, but the reviews I read were fake, saying it was high quality, it does fly, but hardly, in a slight wind it goes with the wind, it keeps just landing / crashing and it is a very, very low quality drone. don' waste your money on it

False advertising

False advertising, not fit for purpose, advanced functions dont work or are not available. The instruction manual is useless, the hand controller cant connect to phone and so cant be used to control the drone. The only good thing about this purchase is they offered a full refund, which happened quickly and they told me to keep the drone. Its in the bin

Useless drones - don't bother

I also fell for the 'Qinux drones are great; scam after reading a review on toptechreport.org

* The drones take 2-3 weeks to arrive, not the days the site suggests they will (maybe shipped in a couple of days - but it has to come from China)
* Many of the buttons on the cheap plastic controller don't work. Certainly not the 'Auto launch'
* Once in the air, it sometimes hovers but is just as likely to drift off in a random direction
* When flying, it has a mind of its own. Sometimes it will stop when you release the controls, other times it will head off in another direction. Backwards wasa 'popular' choice.
* Camera sucks - all I could see on the phone was an occasional still image.
* Range also sucks - 50-100m absolute max

Total waste of money. I now need to see if the 'no questions asked money back guarantee' works. Fortunately, I purchased it with PayPal and they are usually quite good at returning your money, so long as you've tried to contact the seller and they've failed to respond.

WASTE OF MONEY EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED

Received the drone - minimal instructions so watched a YouTube demo before taking it out for the first time. Perfect weather - 2mph breeze. The drone went into the air and the breeze caught it - wouldn’t respond to the controller against the breeze and disappeared over a building - never found it. Purchased from EcomgroupmTM - they said we needed evidence that the drone was lost and there was nothing they could do (not sure how you give evidence on something you can’t find?) - extremely disappointed - a total waste of money.

The qinux K8 drone is a scam

The qinux K8 drone is a scam. It is falsely advertised with features that don't exist.
It has no GPS.
It has no follow me function.
It cannot follow GPS routes/tracks.
You cannot fly it FPV because camera feed is bad and keeps freezing.
It flies ok for a basic drone and based on its features it's the same as a cheap £40 drone.
So it's a complete scam with advertising lies

False advertising

Would've been a 1-star review, however I found them to answer emails quickly and refunded me my money less than 24-hours later.

Therefore, it is such a shame that their products are merely a cheap toy that is falsely advertised as a 'High resolution drone'. I did my research and found reviews of both the drone and website on other domains but these were probably paid reviews or affiliate websites plugging shoddy merchandise.

The Qinux drone as pointed out by another reviewer is just a cheap one which sells on Amazon for around £40, which even then feels like a lot.

It claims to have an HD camera and all the other bells and whistles but it weighs almost nothing, suggesting there isn't much inside, and feels cheaply made.

Whatever you do, spend your money elsewhere and if it seems too cheap to be true, it probably is.

Scam ads on youtube

Scam ads on youtube - promise “nanotechnologies” and “advanced materials”, but you will get nothing nearly close to a promised gadget.

Misleading advertising

Misleading advertising. My partner paid AUD$165 for a Qinox Drome 8K advertised which they claim is
half price. Received an P8 Pro drone. Very cheap quality toy drone. Sold elsewhere for $30 to $80 which is more in line with what it's worth.

Don't buy!

This drone is sold by Ecomerzpro (check them out on here) and it's simply not worth the money.
My son saved up his birthday money to buy this and it's not even a £30 drone let alone an £80 one that's meant to be half price.
Lack of email responses to return the drone resulted in me contacting my card company to recover the money.
Stay well away.
