The front seat uses a not that common…

The front seat uses a not that common 6nm Allen screw, with the position they have it's not possible to use short Allen keys or electric screwdriver short heads and unless my bobike seat this one does not include the key being more expensive

We’re sorry to hear that installing the front seat wasn’t as smooth as you expected. The seat uses a standard 6 mm Allen key, and with a regular Allen key the bolt should be easy to reach. We also clearly mention in our product information that tools are not included.

Qibbel Junior 6+ rear child seat is an awesome product.

Qibbel Junior 6+ rear child seat is an excellent product. Easy to mount on the bike.
The feet protections provide extra safety and peace of mind.
Clear instructions with the included user manual.
Videos on the website and on YouTube provide easy tutorials and guidance.

My children were so happy.

We've had an issue with the seat of a customer and Qibbel have sent the replacement parts straight after our mail exchange. Very happy about the service provided by Swen :)
