I have had the same individual, Ben Wootton, help manage my mortgage for over 7 years. I don’t ever intend on using another service provider, he’s excellent. The continuity he has provided means he knows my circumstances and can advise against my personal needs. Better yet he proactively guides me to get the best rates, and cuts through the bureaucratic noise associated with property, making my life so much easier. He’s always available to chat through details and very transparent with his reasoning. Because of all this I have someone I know and trust to help me, not a faceless big corporation.

When initially went with another mortgage advisor, however he couldn’t help us get the desired mortgage for our dream home. Queue a frantic call to Q financial where Lewis was on hand to obtain us the funds we needed! Amazing thank you Lewis. He handled the full application, so all we had to do was sit back and wait for the approval.

Once our offer was accepted, Kirsty stepped in to liaise with our solicitors and be our point of contact for any queries. The chain caused delays which resulted in us having to apply for extension, but no drama, Kirsty and Lewis saw that this was dealt with on speedy fashion to ensure our dream didn’t collapse.

We got to know Lewis, he was an excellent communicator and also gave us confidence in time lines of obtaining a mortgage.
