I am writing to follow up on my recent order. While I appreciate the delivery arrived within the 10-day window, I must express my dissatisfaction with both the communication process and the condition of the goods.
The delivery arrived without any prior notification of a date or time, which prevented me from making necessary arrangements. Furthermore, upon unwrapping the pallet, I discovered that both doors had sustained damage to the bottom panels. While I have the means to rectify this with kickplates, I was disappointed by the defensive tone of your previous email.
It is important to note that because the items were delivered on a pallet, shrink-wrapped, and bubble-wrapped, a thorough inspection at the point of delivery was physically impossible. Expecting a customer to identify concealed damage through industrial-grade packaging is unreasonable. I would appreciate a more professional acknowledgment of these logistical realities and a commitment to better quality control in the future.
