Professional, User-Friendly, and Always Up to Date

I highly recommend Quality Compliance Systems (QCS). The system is excellent, easy to use, and always kept up to date. One of the IPC nurses I worked with even commented, "Oh, you're using QCS? That's really good – they are always up to date." This external professional recognition gave me additional confidence in the service.

QCS provides timely notifications when training is due and when policies have been updated, helping us remain compliant and informed at all times. The system is well organised and makes it easy to access the information we need.

The customer service team is friendly, professional, and very helpful. Whenever assistance is needed, they are happy to guide users through the system and explain how to use its features effectively.

Overall, QCS is a reliable and valuable compliance management system that supports organisations in maintaining high standards and staying up to date with regulatory requirements.

Swift, Warm, Professional

Danielle was swift, warm and professional in her communication with me regarding an issue on the platform. The issue was resolved in no time at all and the affected staff member was able to regain usual use of their account. Fast, helpful and friendly service.

Abi was really helpful, I was having trouble finding a policy and advised her that I needed it for a meeting this afternoon. Within 30 minutes I'd received feedback and was able to find what I was looking for.

The quality of their software is good but needs a techy kind of person

The quality of their software is good and detailed. It can be exeptionally good and useful if the user understands how and where to find information on their dashboard. My time is mostly wasted by searching for information by trial and error. For someone who is not IT survee like me, it can be a maze eventhough they provided video's giving guidance. They however, have introduced an additional software that helps to easily find info and I look forward to explore its usefulness.
