Borrower Beware..

I applied for a loan and was contingently approved pending information verification. They asked me to log into my bank, so they could view my account history. But when I tried, their system said it was unable to log in. I called customer service to see what had occured. They placed me on hold and came back to tell me that my bank account was one they didn't work with for depositing money. The representative told me that I needed to call back with new account information that they worked with before they would able to move further. I asked if my account needed to be open for a certain length of time. As I know most lenders look for these things and the representative told me no. I made a new account and called back the next week and was told I have to have my account be open for 15 days. Which infuriated me because I expressly asked this from the beginning. So they then closed my application out and told me to reapply once the 15 days passed. Which I did and they denied my application for "excessive loan requests". Go figure, so now not only did they lie to me. I have 2 hard inquiries on my credit from them and it was all for nothing..

Very simple

Very simple. Just fill out the information correctly and click submit. If approved, your payment amounts and dates are all set for you until the end of the loan. And I was allowed to set my first payment date. Not at all like another online loan I'd gotten. I quickly paid that one off. The payments with Q Credit hare reasonable and it's obvious they are here to help you and not hurt you. Of course they have to charge interest...after all, it's hassle-free and quick help in times of need. Thumbs Up

I was very impressed with the service …

I was very impressed with the service that I received from the service representative. They were very professional and walked me through the application and guided me to the end. Process took less than an hour.
I had consulted several other leaders and I compared them all , This leader had terms that I was able to meet my needs.
