Running a proxy service
Running a proxy service, I needed fast, anonymous VPS. QCKL delivered in under an hour, IPv4 /24 ready, rDNS configured, Linux-friendly. NVMe storage and 1 Gbps connection exceeded expectations.

I paid for a specific dedicated server configuration that was explicitly confirmed in writing before payment.
After the payment was completed, the provider delivered a different and technically inferior configuration:
an older CPU, cheaper storage, and a different setup than what was sold and paid for.
Important points:
The exact configuration was agreed before payment.
After payment, the configuration was changed without my consent.
The delivered server was not equivalent to the purchased one.
The seller acknowledged that a different configuration was provided.
Despite full documentation and proof, the seller refused to issue a refund.
This is a classic bait-and-switch situation: selling one product and delivering another.
All correspondence, invoices, and technical proofs are preserved.
✅ What went wrong this time? How can this company improve?
What went wrong is very simple:
the company sold one server configuration and delivered a different one after receiving payment.
To improve, the company should:
Deliver exactly the configuration that is sold and confirmed before payment, or
Clearly disclose any changes before taking money, and
Provide refunds when the delivered product does not match the agreement.
Basic transparency and respect for customers would prevent situations like this.
We've been working with QCKL for two years now, and we take several /24 subnets at once. The main advantage is that all the IPs are clean and verified against major spam databases, with no hidden issues. They provide IPs quickly, sometimes within a couple of hours. The support team is knowledgeable, helping with RIPE announcements, routing settings, and tips on optimizing load. They have never been disabled due to complaints, as they first write to us and give us time to resolve the issue. For proxies and VPNs, they are an ideal partner.
