I found it uneasy to have to log each…

I found it uneasy to have to log each time into the website to find any available house and talking with the potential landlords. So I don't understand why there is not any app.

I guess that a lot of foreigners have to find a place second hand, more than swedes, that know the systems and have relations in Sweden.... so It would be amazing to provide your website with an English version.

Finally, it would be good for you to explains the amount we have to pay you each month.. It varies from a place to another and increases the already high rents. I know there is an insurance... that don't cover a lot of things.

Also, I think the contracts are done without any human checks, as big errors can be found in it: in 2 lines, electricity in not included but included, then included.

The search works quite well

The search works quite well, with the possibility of saving a specific search and getting notified by email when new apartments fall under the search. It really helps! The signing is also a very smooth process. Their fees are a bit steep considering it's a monthly thing, but at least for not so long rentals I think it's worth it for the added security.

All went smoothly

All went smoothly, only thing ill deduct points for is the lack of translation for email and such. Even though my language is set to english, every piece of communication I received was in Swedish, which was albeit mildly but annoying. Other than that - a really good service.

Biased in Favor of Landlords – Tenants Beware

Had a deeply disappointing experience with QASA. Despite presenting my case thoroughly, it was clear they were heavily siding with the landlord from the start—especially when it came to vague claims around "cleaning" and supposed "damages" that lacked any real basis in reality and lacked nuance and proportionality. The process felt entirely one-sided, with no real protection for tenants.

Even worse, they conveniently work with an insurance setup that sticks the tenant with a 2,500 SEK deductible, even in cases that seem inflated or borderline fraudulent. It raises serious questions about the impartiality of their platform and their cozy relationship with the insurance provider.

If you're a tenant, think twice before trusting QASA to protect your rights. Go by any other means if you can. If not, be paranoid and excessive with documentation and read up on tenant law - you'll need both.

I’m sorry that you’re disappointed with the outcome of the errand.

The tenant is responsible for a proper move out cleaning being performed. If a move out company has been hired and the cleaning is not up to standard you’re responsible to file a complaint with the company in question. In these cases they often offer coming back to remedy the issues or compensation. You were given more than a month to correct this before the decision was made. Compensation is approved when the landlord has provided documentation of the flaws which was done in this case.

Regarding the deductible for the insurance claim. The insurance with Omocom is provided as a safety for both parties. Any insurance claims requires the compensation to be higher than the deductible of 2500 SEK. Instead of the tenant paying for any damages or loss of inventory the insurance can cover this. If the loss of inventory and damages doesn’t exceed the amount of 2500 SEK the insurance company won’t cover it, in your case it did.

We do always encourage to document as much as possible to ensure a fair assessment of these errands. Since these errands are only needed when the parties are in a disagreement either one, or both, will unfortunately always be disappointed.

Good for international students wanting to study in Sweden

It is nice to have a platform like this for people who cannot visit the room so quickly and therefore need a safe place for their deposit. It would be nice if you were able actually to call them. I find the company a bit un-transparent from time to time. Additionally, I find their payment systems to be a bit difficult to use. However, their chat service has been very nice, and until now it appears to be a dependable company. So overall, I've had an fairly oké experience with them. Additionally, it's nice that there are so many rooms available on the platform. You still need to be cautious though, because I have been in contact with a few scammers. My tip: never send the deposit directly to their account, and also, go and check the room yourself before paying the first rent if you can.

Don't buy Premium

Don't buy Premium – it's a scam.
There are no real advantages. You'll keep receiving offers to upgrade to Premium even while paying a high monthly fee. It doesn't give you more suggestions or better chances of getting an apartment. They're just exploiting people’s desperation. They say you will have advantage and it has never worked. Tried to call them, they never helped. I paid for nothing

Very badly managed.

Very badly managed.

Significant monthly fees deducted from the rent for services that are not adequate.

The cleaning company they sent at the end of term did not clean up properly, and when this issue was raised they gave up all responsibility, asking to get directly in touch with the cleaning company. Later, ironically, they raised a cleaning damage on the landlord's behalf. So we paid twice for a cleaning that never happened.

To top it off, they unilaterally raised a deposit invoice without consulting both parties.

I’m sorry you aren’t pleased with our service.

Deposit claims always includes contact with both parties and both parties always has an opportunity to send in relevant documentation and statements regarding the claim. The decision is then based on all documentation that is sent in.

Since we aren’t a cleaning company and can’t take responsibility the same way the actual cleaning company in question can in regards to their services we therefor recommend complaints being delivered to them directly from the customer since errands are handled more efficiently that way. Since we’re not the paying customer that have direct access to see the actual results that is the best option. If you file complaints with either the insurance company or cleaning company that is responsible for a service that is not up to standard they can help you further from there.

company that always sides with…

It is a company that always sides with the landlord. I got charged 2126 SEK for Minor cleaning lapses, such as not having wiped the refrigerator with a mop or a few small traces of soap on the mirror. I got no explanation on why that amount.

When it comes to move out cleaning, the tenant is responsible for the move out cleaning being up to standards. You can read more about how a proper move out cleaning is supposed to be performed in our help center article ”Do a proper cleaning”.

If the move out cleaning is not properly done, the landlord can claim compensation to either do it themselves or to hire a cleaning firm that does the cleaning.

Since I can’t look into your specific case I can’t see the reasoning for the compensation in your specific case. If you want us to look into it you can always reach out to our customer support and ask for an explanation.

Good platform for finding an apartment…

Good platform for finding an apartment :) didn’t have any problems with frauds there!
It’s hard at first to get a reply from landlords so I would recommend to only apply for apartments that have been uploaded on the same day.
