Do not buy from here!! Dropshipping company with really BAD quality product from China, an impossible return process, and horrible customer service. We bought an expensive lamp that took several months to arrive. Once it arrived it was in million pieces with no instructions on how to assemble it. When we tried to assemble it we saw how poor the quality was and asked if we could return the lamp. We had to pay shipping costs ourselves all the way back to China (almost 70€). They gave us a faulty address and it got stuck at the boarder for several months and then finally sent back to us. I’ve tried to be in contact with qaia this whole time but they stopped responding. I started a new email thread to get my money back but then they said it has taken too long so they cannot issue a refund. But it only took long because they gave me an address in China!! For almost one year I have been dealing with qaia - they have the worst products and even worse customer service. Qaia, I’m eagerly waiting for your response to my emails and waiting for my refund!
