This is definitely a scam website
This is definitely a scam website. After placing an order for an induction hob, I noticed they’d taken the money from my account twice as it didn’t appear to go through the first time. I contacted them via the website chat and he said I needed to push the button again to receive a refund. It was a minus figure so I knew they were going to take more out. I noticed another company name appearing on my bank account and they were trying to get into my account by taking lots of small amounts (in dollars). I contacted my bank and my card was immediately stopped. I am in dispute with my bank at the moment but they’re saying that the transaction was carried out using specific multi-factor authentication…
I have completed a complaints form to my bank. I’m awaiting their reply.
