Linen blouse that won't work for me

You can't leave a review on the pyne and smith website, so it's here on trustpilot. Pyne and Smith have what I usually look for in linen clothing. I bought a blouse for $63 (sale price) on their website and got it today. The fabric is a bit rough. The top half of the blouse isn't working for me - it's probably this particular design. Unfortunately, it's a sale item and returns aren't accepted.
Update: 08/23 - Washed the top for the first time today in cold water on a delicate cycle. The fabric has become soft (which is great) and at the same time has shrunk in length (which is not great). It's air drying on a flat surface.
