SCAMMED by P&B SHOP
My girlfriend bought a 2020 LATEST 4K CAMERA ROTATION WATERPROOF PROFESSIONAL RC DRONE but I received a damaged kids toy, the UFO. I contacted the P&B shop, letting them know that they shipped the wrong item, I need the correct item ordered, and that I wanted to return the UFO kids toy. They emailed me back telling me that they can refund 100% if a send the UFO toy back or I keep the toy and they can give us a refund of 50% and a link to their return policy where it states that I should shoulder the return shipping fee. I responded asking them to give me a return label since it's their fault that they sent me the wrong item. It's not what my girlfriend paid for but I have not received any reply until today. It's been a week. Scammers. I will make sure BBB will learn about this.
