PXG Driver Challenge
Went to a driver testing sessions just to see what it was like. I was very honest and told the PXG rep (Jordan) that I wasn’t in the market and was just there to try them out. Never the less, he was very accommodating and knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. This is not what I’m used to in this industry having used to sell golf clubs many years ago, it was always very sales focused. I’m glad PXG was more focused on delivering the best experience. Having said that, it is now a very tempting purchase. This is because the detail we went into helped Jordan dial in the driver, effecting gaining over 30, closer to 40 yards over my current driver. Which is something I really wasn’t expecting as these is the kind of numbers that you would see on late night adverts on TV and not in reality. I think this is a testament not only to the product but also the fitter’s skill.

Everything about PXG is first class. My experience in buying a full set of clubs has been excellent. Fitting experience was great, customer service and communication exceptional, delivery very quick and after sales + any questions / queries are dealt with ASAP. I would highly recommend PXG to anyone thinking about buying high quality clubs at competitive prices.
Just purchased the latest PXG lite cart…
Just purchased the latest PXG lite cart bag.When I received it the base was on the wrong way so sent it back for a replacement when the replacement arrived I put it on the trolley to play golf and it sits too low. The strap that holds the trolley tight sits too high on the bag. Contacted pxg but they have refused to refund me even though there is clearly a design fault . It doesn’t say anywhere that it is not compatible with a PowaKaddy .Don’t waste your money for £300 I expected it to fit on the trolley like any other bag that I’ve bought.
Gen5 driver fault
emailed Lloyd Harrison at PXG support with complaint & picture of defect at 9:30, got reply by 10am, replacement on its way by 12 👍🏼 just need to send it back which they have arranged to be picked up today at 2pm. Great speedy service (All in same day), I have to say I’m very VERY Pleased.

I have brought loads of golf clubs over the years, i have to say my experience with PXG was fantastic. From the fitting to delivery was a great experience and i would highly recommend them as a company. There customer service is second to none, and i am over the moon with the product.
1st time being fitted for a club
1st time being fitted for a club, Aaron put me at ease instantly. After a quick warm up, straight into the driver fitting. There was a vast amount of head, shaft and weight options. It didn't take long for Aaron to get the right set up for me.
What was most impressive is that he didn't try and bamboozle me with numbers and data. The results spoke for themselves, drives straight down the middle.

So the driver…..Gen 6 XF. The hype is real, get it, hit fairways, smile!!
The customer service is unbelievable, Brittany and Dan have been amazing along with the rest of the team. They sorted everything out for me and were very patient with me. Honestly, I can’t speak highly enough of PXG as a company and their staff
I purchased a pxg Gen 4 driver
I purchased a pxg Gen 4 driver. I got the driver 3 weeks later. I used the club one time found that the club was about a half an inch too short. I used the club early in the morning and took out my old driver. I used my old Club the rest of the day. I called pxg for another fitting, they told me to be a couple weeks. I took the club back to pxg, I went to the store and ordered a new shaft 1/2 inch longer. They told me it would be 316 dollars. I paid the $316 and told them the club was just over 30 days old. I saw the Gen 5 come out for $499. I canceled the shaft order. If I would have paid for the shaft I would have $650 in the Gen 4. Didn't make sense to put $650 into a club when the new ones $499. I took my Gen 4 home, gave it to a friend of mine, and using my old driver now. If pxg can't back up their drivers and clubs better than this I will stay with what I have. I hope pxg can do better the next time I decide to buy a driver. I have never been a reviewer. But this was not good business.

PXG fitting for new hybrids
PXG fitting for new hybrids. Good location and set up. Aaron who does the fitting is excellent. As fitter he is easy to chat to and is keen to find the right club set up combinations for the client. The process is systematic and analytical and this adds confidence that the correct product is created. This is my second time getting fitted and I really love PXG clubs. Good experience overall. Can’t wait to get my new clubs in the bag!

Updating review as within hours of review they did reach out I will continue to edit as things transpire on tax of shipping costs in my state
Update, i was told they were going to fix this issue but by changing the shipping to shipping and handling, but that's not the case they did appease me with discounted clubs but the shipping/tax issue has not changed as of today, my review is now final .........if there was a zero it would be just that
5 star customer service
Great clubs even better customer service.
I was fitted for irons and a putter back in August 2021. I went for the 0211 DC and the Mustang putter.
Personally, I really like the clubs but I did discover a slight fault recently in a couple of irons, (a gap was forming between the shaft and the ferrule)
I contacted PXG via email and got a reply a short time later. From the first response it was clear that PXG value their customers and continued to show that they cared throughout the whole process. They offered a solution immediately and arranged for the clubs to pick up the next day. The clubs got picked up on the Tuesday and to my surprise delivered back to me on Friday. I was giving regular updates throughout the week by the same person who went above and beyond to make my experience as easy and as painless as possible.
In conclusion PXG are not like any other brand in my opinion, they are big enough to compete with the big brands but small enough to care about their customers.
Fantastic customer service following an excellent PXG GEN6 bag fitting.
Following the excellent PXG fitting process I purchased a bag of GEN 6 clubs. Unfortunately, upon receiving my clubs I discovered a few minor issues. I immediately emailed PXG to inform then of my issues.
Much to my surprise, PXG got in touch promptly, discussed my concerns, agreed a resolution to my satisfaction without quibbling. All within days of the initial contact.
Sometimes things go wrong. PXG stand out from the crowd by focussing on resolving my concerns to get me back out on the golf course with my new GEN 6 clubs within a matter of days.
