Had an issue with my driver and Brittany and the customer service team sorted everything out straight away with minimal fuss. Excellent service

Awful company. I once bought a driver that I was excited for. Left a good review for the shipping and handling. Then later noticed the paint quality was shit on the bottom of the club. Messaged them and they said that I left a good review before so no help. Taking no accountability. Trash quality and trash customer service.

I recently got fitted at PXG and used the clubs for a few weeks I couldn't get on with them for some reason so I called the customer service. I spoke to Brittany and from start to finish her communication and help with everything is probably the best I've had from any customer service

Stuart spent a lot of time making sure I got what I needed and he didn't try to oversell to me.
He made sure I was happy every step of the way.
Even before my appointment he checked what i required so we were ready to go when I arrived.

Great fitting with Stuart at The Beaches. He's put my bag together over several fittings over the past 18 months.

My experience with PXG was excellent. The golf clubs feel premium, perform really well, and the craftmanship is top notch. It's a bit of an investment. but totally worth it for serious golfers.

I am coming back from injury and went to get fitted for a driver at PXG South London I tried the new lightning and the black ops but was not swinging my best. I tried my old 0211 PXG driver was hitting it the same as the other drivers, he adjusted my original driver and I hit it well. We had a chat and I am going to work on my rehab and play a bit more and go back for a full set fitting in April or May. This was excellent customer service and I would recommend them as he could have sold me an expensive club that would not have improved my game because of my rehab from injury but chose to help me and recommend coming back, which I will do as the staff are all lovely and honest and that makes a change from some other retailers so well done to PXG in South London I was so impressed with your staff and will be using PXG in the future as I know I will be in good hands and I will recommend them to all my friends. 👍

Got fitted for PXG Gen 7 irons and Forged Wedges. Was the best fitting experiences I have had. Stuart was able to provide valuable insights to my game. Using his skills and experience to ensure the shafts and lies matches to my swing to get the best performance from the excellent clubs I was buying. Would definitely recommend Stuart if you’re getting fitted for PXG.

Absolutely fantastic fitting session today at Northampton golf club. Stuart is the consummate PXG professional. Explained all of the options available and gave great advice throughout the session. If you are interested in getting fitted, I would highly recommend Stuart.

I didn't buy their PXG clubs but my one purchase experience was really incredibly disappointing, especially for a company that claims to be professional. I had to return one of the two items I purchased. First, beware...the PXG return policy is not customer friendly. Second, the staff service training is clearly lacking...the staff didn't know how to process a return! Third, I was told he would call with a resolution and it took three days. Fourth, when I finally got the call, they said I needed to return to the store with my credit card...so they could process a $25 return .(really??). So in sum, PXG may or may not have a great product to sell...but I would never buy from a company that can't seem to get the service basics right.

From first turning up to be met by a very friendly lady, to then meeting Stuart, who explained first about what was going to happen in my fitting experience, wow was so impressed.
Stuart’s explanation and fitting was all I could wish for and more.
Unlike my fitting for my 3gen series, I felt like he wasn’t trying to sell me a set of clubs, but was more concerned in making sure I got exactly what I wanted.10/10.
His knowledge shone through, and it was evident that he wanted to fit me to the perfect irons.
Honestly can’t thank him enough for a really great experience.
This more than made up for my previous experience, and thanks to Stuart I will be a pxg golfer for life. Now to hopefully switch to pxg balls, just not sure which ones will suit my game.

Very straightforward, no pushy sales stuff. I had the chance to make my own decisions.

Purchase a set of PXG 0211 in April ‘22, my wedge broke after hitting a shot. Inquiry about coverage and repair. Was told that the club head has a lifetime time warranty and the shaft has only 12 month warranty since PXG doesn't make the shafts, they purchase True Temper shafts. The only option was to mail the broken club to Arizona for repair and pay for repair and shipping. NO THANKS, will trade them in and buy clubs that stand behind their products. See Ya PXG!

Excellent advice from the fitter Stuart. He really knows his stuff.
We tried lots of combinations and eventually came up with the right driver for me.
Not only did it go farther than mine but the dispersion was a lot tighter.
I cant wait for the new driver to be delivered.

Club I was fitted for arrived with the wrong dexterity. No rush from them to get a new one sent out. With their high prices you would think customer service would be better.

Having bought my second set of pxg irons.PXGgen7xp along with the PXG 3 wood they fantastic clubs plus the PXG team with Dan Pela couldn't be more helpful

This review is related to customer service and the telephone ordering process.
Having taken quite some time on PXG’s website deciding what I needed and building my set of clubs online with all the fitting options I required. There was a question!!!
Just before I pressed send order I needed this question answered so I rang customer service support.
Spoke to Daniel Pela, this guy was brilliant and his depth of knowledge was superb.
We reviewed all my club selections and fine tuned all 14 clubs.
I have no problem giving this process and Daniel 5 star review and would definitely recommend.
Clubs arrived today, thanks to the production team and Daniel’s request to expedite the order quickly.
If the clubs are as good as the service I’ll be pro in no time.
I’ll review my playing experience with these exceptional looking shortly.

26Hcp so patience whilst I tried to hit reasonable shots was very helpful. Stuart gave a full explanation of what was being tried and tested helped in fully understanding the process. Also no pressure to make a purchase - the results spoke for themselves.
