We recently installed Pentwater cabinets in our kitchen. The final result, midnight blue w/ white granite, is beautiful! It has been a very smooth experience. The visit to their showroom was not only eye-opening but also educational. Chris and his crew were efficient, and quick to respond. Meticulous with details and design, and even cleaned up after! They were absolutely great to work with. We would not have received this kind of dedicated, personalized treatment from any big chain cabinet stores! Pentwater will definitely be on our next home improvement project.

And the delivery was very quiet and on time. I love my kitchen. I feel very special in my new kitchen. I will recommend it to all my friends and family.

Cabinet quality is just okay.
Also, we have not received our glass for the doors as of yet. The delivery was a few days ago.

Pentwater was very patient with me as it took a while for my project to be ready. When I receive the cabinets they looked beautiful. I had a few questions about parts that they answered promptly with no problems.

I would give 5 stars for the cabinets but I am giving them 4 stars because of the sales representative that took care of me. She ended up being rude and was very upset because I made several changes before I placed my order. However, I am the customer and have the right to make the required or desired changed until I was satisfied with the layout.
