For the time being I only can comment on costumer service, they responded me on time and although they didn't have color I want but I changed it and now my order is send to logistics, I only can comment again with new review if my order is reacted on time, so for now for costumer service I will give them 4/5.

Payment done, delivery missing
On February 28th I ordered the z20 plus from the official website. On March 4th it was shipped from Ireland and sent back again because the seller did not pay the necessary shipping costs. I have been in contact with support through WhatsApp, who would not send a new bike before they received it. On March 14th they sent a new bike, this time from Poland. I still have not received anything, and according to the tracking, it is still in Poland.
The money was deducted from my account on March 4th, and there is still no bike.
This is really bad service, and the only response you get is a poor excuse.

Can't comment on the bike yet as it was a preorder and waiting for delivery. I can comment on customer service and website. Website easy to use and easy to compare the different bikes so you can choice one that suits your needs. Customer service has been very helpful and quickly to respond to any queries I have had.

The customer service is amazing & resolved my issues very quickly.
The PVY turbo itself can handle heavy bumps on the road, can handle heavy weight like 120-150kg easily and uphills with that 750w motor still locked at 15.5mph makes hill climbs and acceleration easy.
I am very impressed 👍

I have ordered my PVY Z20 1000 plus on the 4th of March, everything went smooth for a start, the 5th I received a mail stating that my package was ready to be shipped, I tracked my package from ireland an on the 12th of March I should have been delivered to me in Denmark - but due to “miscommunication” between PVY and delivery companies my package was to large to handle and has now been shipped back to ireland where it landed 17th of March - today 20th of march I haven’t recieved any updates from PVY and my mails in not being replyed…

Keep delaying delivery - Can't trust
I’ve been told that the delivery is delayed again! Sort out your service, PVY! I spent a lot of time looking for this bike, and now that I’ve finally found one, it keeps getting delayed. I’m not sure I can trust this company anymore. When I placed the order, the delivery was supposed to take 5 days. Then I got an email saying it would take 3 more weeks, and now another email saying it’ll take another month! Absolutely DISAPPOINTING!

I bought mine 2 weeks ago today. It arrive in ireland in 3 days. Very happy with the bike. I got 40k on a full battery. Using all power modes. Unlocked its very powerful. The battery says 14amp and it also says 14a in the manual. But on the website it says 10a

Bought the PVY Libon international. Received perfect on time! Everything looks really great! Great value for money!! Really relax to drive it! The only thing what could be done, is to put in 2 chargers instead of 1 if you buy the one with 2 batteries…

I've already written a review, but I'm updating it now because I'm so outraged. On 26 February, after nearly 50 letters, we finally got around to sending the torque sensor. Now they are claiming stock shortage. The replacement battery I ordered was incorrectly wired at the outlets. A technician had to fix it, on my own dime. Can't use the bike because the engine keeps stalling when I push the pedal harder. I am sick of this company. They replied to my previous post that I should write another email and they would fix the problem. Nothing happened. I am demanding my money back. If nothing else, I will take legal action. I paid €1668 for a piece of junk. Only people who have a working bike write positive reviews here. I say again, avoid this company.

I ordered the PVY Z20 Plus from PVY,
1. The handle bars will not stay straight despite tightening the up as much as possible
2. The Back break will not work, its non existent
I have asked for my money back as this looks like a lemon, I am sure other things will go wrong. I am not a bike expert I just wanted to sit on the bike turn it on and get riding.

They want me to go to a video and try and fix it my self which I have tried and the video does not work, now they are telling me to go to a local shop and pay for it to get repaired my self. They claim they will reimburse me but I should not be going through this
I have directly in no uncertain terms asked for my money back , but it looks like they are refusing to do so it even though I have only had the bike 7 days. THis isn't right

Poor Service and Lack of Commitment to Delivery
I placed an order with PVY, and from the start, I had issues with delivery and customer service. The estimated delivery time was 7 days, but it has been over 15 days, and my product has still not been delivered.
Additionally, I was informed that the model I purchased is not in stock, even though the website showed it as available. At no point was I notified of this, and the company has shown no commitment to resolving the issue.
They promised a tracking number that was never sent and have been constantly delaying the solution. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency, communication, and respect for the customer.
I do not recommend PVY and hope they take action to improve their service and fulfill their commitments.

Customer service really bad
I ordered one bike that was good. So I ordered two more. One of them ended up in Denmark which is far from where I live and it took me a lot of emails before they owned up to their mistake. The other one came quite unhinged. And for half a year now, I have been whatsapping with their customer service and they are slow, keep asking me dumb questions that makes me have to explain the problems all over again. They keep assuring that they will take responsibility but I am SOOOOOOOOO annoyed right now. Because they don't. It is a shame, because in essence they have a lovely bike that, if properly put together, if fun to ride with.

I have been trying to get help installed the back rack fro the Libon. It did not coming with any bolts and I cannot attach it to the frame. I have been emailing support but they keep sending me a video which I have seen and understandm but I don't have the proper bolts.

PVY Z20 PLUS/ VERY HONEST COMPANY second one I have purchased from PVY. Tried to buy the bike at Christmas whilst PVY had a discounted price on offer. Due to web site mal function, I could not complete the purchase in time and by the time I was able to buy on line the discounted offer had finished! I still purchased the bike at the full price but sent an email to PVY informing them that I thought it was unfair that I had missed out on the discount and asking them to credit me 330 euros on the full price order that was soon to be delivered. I was not thinking to hear from them but they got back to me and organised a credit honouring me the discounted price. I thought this was amazing service.
PRODUCT/ I love the bike for its extra power, climbing the hills easily near my home!. Delivery was perfect, assembly easy.
SUGGESTIONS/IMPROVEMENTS 1/turning indicator light switch should have a warning light that flashes or makes a noise when indictor is working. It is easy to leave it on by mistake. 2/ battery key placement is very awkwardly positioned under the battery, difficult to insert the key as you can not see the key hole. 3/ official site for assembly instructions. I think PVY should have on their company web site an official well made video section, in multi languages, showing clients how to assemble the bike. This would ensure correct assembly and less stress looking for 3rd party assistance videos on You Tube. It should be a PVY video.

Cool and fun e-bike
Firstly, I was surprised by the size of the bike, much bigger than it seemed in the various videos I saw.
Excellent driving experience, intuitive to use aids and gears. Excellent behavior from the hydraulic brakes, with grip from the tires, whether on land or asphalt. In terms of engine, it complies with the locked system, and unlocked it's fun guaranteed, with the trotlle it's super fun giving the full sensation of driving a motorcycle. Quite comfortable in terms of seat and suspensions. In terms of battery and duration, I'm still doing tests, but it promises good autonomy. In terms of folding the vehicle and storing it in a car, it is truly fantastic.
Part missing on bike and scratches on handle bars
Most of the bike was already put together great just minor detail needs sorting but thanks ie a part missing, puncture, and scratch on handle bars and still can't unlock it to go faster.
