I cannot compliment you and your company sufficiently. Your customer service could be a model for so many other companies. The day of my online query, I received your response that I would hear from Customer Service the following day. And, I did receive your response the very next day! You addressed my questions; your responses were timely, thorough, personable, and positive. Your follow up was equally thorough. I am really impressed.
I hesitated to ask the original question about delivery, because I always feel like I'm complaining. But, your response made me feel okay about asking.
I must apologize, too. When I saw that the order came through San Diego, I realized that shipments were probably caught up in the wildfires and all the rescue work being done in so much of southern California. I can hardly believe that shipments came through to northern California so quickly.
I had just found out about your puzzles this past year. Your wooden puzzles are unique. The pieces are such fascinating shapes, and the art work is beautiful. I love the range of animal puzzles as well as the depth of detail and color. I'm putting these puzzles together to decorate my granddaughter's bedroom. I've also sent some to my cousins' children.
I know that COVID's aftermath has been so difficult for businesses. I hope that you may continue to find ways to provide your excellent products and service. Your puzzles are outstanding products. Your customer service is exemplary and should be a model for other companies.

The puzzle came next day from Amazon. It is a beautiful puzzle. Price not bad. The major problem with my puzzle is that NONE of the puzzle pieces fit. They will not go into any of the wooden frame. I purchased the Maine Cat-3, 5x7. I love puzzles and was planning on doing it with my granddaughter. Now we can't.

I was pleasantly surprised when my puzzles actually arrived! When I really wasn't sure if the company was legit, but my puzzles arrived 2 weeks after I ordered them - I ordered six and have already done two of them; an A5 and an A3. So far, I've actually found the A5 more challenging than the A3...
A5 (small): wonderfully compact. The pieces range from the size of a dime to the size of a nickel, so maybe not if you have fat fingers
A3 (large): a more relaxed experience. Pieces are about the size of a loonie

I appreciated the responsiveness of puzzlesup when I thought there was a problem. I had gotten a notice that my items had been delivered but I couldn't find them. Turns out the post office hadn't delivered them in a timely fashion. Puzzleup responded immediately and within two days all turned out ok.

I can’t review the product since it still hasn’t arrived (Feb 24, 2025) on an order from Dec 31, 2024. Multiple emails back and forth with Anna from your ???Support Department have failed to resolve the issue. I want a refund, nothing else! I no longer want the puzzles and will never recommend your company to anyone. Please advise.
Addendum: Now I’ve gotten a stock reply via TrustPilot, the same as I see in a number of other negative reviews below. The suggestion to reach out to Ann in your “Support Dept" is ludicrous. I’ve done that multiple times receiving similar responses from Anna with the same message each time. It’s a message consistent with your reply below. What’s the point of reaching out again?

The puzzles are so unique and beautiful. They are also very challenging. The puzzles arrived when they said. The only negative is that we received a notice that they were delivered and hadn't been. We were able to track tour order and it was just delivered to the local delivery office. The package arrived the next day on a
Saturday night.

Received within a reasonable amount of time; packaging was minimal, so I didn't have a lot of paper to toss. Brought for myself and granddaughters. I know they will enjoy them.

I received them today, so now I’m happy. I just wish I would have known it would take 2 1/2 weeks for delivery so I wouldn’t worry if they were coming or not.

I purchased the small puzzle many of them thinking they would be great gifts and to put in the senior center. These puzzle pieces are so small, I don’t even know if a child can do it with their tiny fingers let alone seniors.
They should state or show the actual size pieces of each size puzzle. Also shipping is snail mail but I was in no rush
A representative did reply but was no help. What am I going to do with these 10 puzzles?

I placed my order and then became nervous about whether it was a good idea. Many online venues seem to scam people. I wrote to you the next day and Anna Brown answered me right away reassuring me that everything will be ok. As I waited anxiously for my order I would reach out to her and she got back to me giving me all of the tracking info. The puzzles came and they are beautiful. I'm sure I've been scammed. I ordered $55 of merchandise from puzzlesup.com on 1/20/25, and on 1/27/25 I waas notifed that my order had shipped but with no tracking information. On 2/10/25 I recieved an email that my order had arrived, which it hadn't and when I still didnt' have it by 2/12/26 I emailed the company and I got a response on 2/13/25 Anna Brown telling me that it had been shipped and included a tracking number. This was not like any tracking information I have seen before. It was 13 lnes long and my package arrived and left LAX 3 different times and as of 2/18/25 nothing else has happened. I think I've learned my lesson not to order anything I see on Facebook.
