Overall, it’s a solid, well‑made product and I’m genuinely happy with it. The only thing I’d suggest for future improvement is the flow style: the current “waterfall” stream looks nice, but a more standard, steady flow would be more practical. It would make everyday use easier — especially when filling water bottles without spilling or wasting water.

It was slow to arrive and the box was a bit battered but everything inside was ok easy to fit my tap without using any adapter water tastes great no smell or taste of chlorine like we were getting and tea and coffee taste is consistent no wasted drinks like we were before good quality filter very very pleased

It was really simple to install and replacing the cartridges is even easier.

From the point I placed the order to setting up my new Puure filter, I have been super impressed by how I was regularly kept in touch regarding delivery and despite having to wait slightly longer than expected for delivery, I was not disappointed. My water has never tasted so good!

I really enjoy these filters. They were recommended by a friend and I was not disappointed. I installed them easily myself in a few minutes. The water seems softer and much better testing!

A great filter easy to fit and easy to swap filters when it’s time for the change, also like that you email me when it’s getting to the time to swap the filters.

Delivery was quick and installation was easy. Water tastes alot better now, so overall really pleased with everything.

We really like the filter - it was easy to fit and easy to change the filters, the water tastes good (it passed my husband discerning taste test against a standard Brita jug filter and he can tell by taste alone when it needs to be replaced which is slightly less than the full 3 months). My kettle still scales up, but over a longer period of time and less than without the filter. Either the filter or the tap drips a little when you run the other function and I can’t work out how to rectify that. Still happy we made the change from a jug filter.

Great device an can taste the difference

I love the idea and when I contacted customer service you did try to find solutions. I did find fitting it very complicated though. I sympathise that it is hard for you to match a filter to every tap.

I fitted my filter tightly using the only accerator (?) adaptor that would fit. It spurted everywhere and was unusable. I had tried different plastic rings too.

So I contacted customer service and they sent me a link for a specialist accerator adaptor. I followed the instructions and the one that came was too small. It took about 10-12 days to come after waiting that amount of time for the kit itself to come.

When the new accerator was too small but I knew the size up from what I originally fitted fine was too big I wasn’t sure what to do. I was about to contact customer service again to discuss how it is not the accerator. However (despite dozens of attempts to do it in the past) I managed to play with the positioning of the tap and managed to get the filter to only leak a little.

I am still reluctant to contact customer services (though I might again) because it is not the acceator and when things are send it takes nearly a fortnight to come. I am worried the next solution might be wrong too.

It is complicated to attach. Also it is hard to get a kettle or large jug under my filter now because if it is over the large sink it spurts everywhere so the only solution is to have it over the smaller section of the sink.

I will contact customer services again and see if they can identify the cause of the leaking. I was just too exhausted to when I got the wrong accerator and got my filter to only leak a little.

Good customer support

I purchased the under sink filter. It came with incompatible French connections - pointed out by my plumber. Puure denied this and tried to tell me that my new Howdens kitchen sink etc was non-standard. I thought that was really naughty. This meant I could not install their system myself.
Once the plumber fitted it, I was looking forward to noticing a difference with water quality. But it had no impact on limescale. I asked Puure about this and they said their filters do not remove limescale!
This is not made clear on their website - where many "reviews" claim limescale has been removed. Furthermore in the small print on their website it says calcium is not removed.
So I feel mislead to have paid for an expensive under-sink system that was not UK compatible and still requires me to use a trusty Brita filter to avoid limescale.
I think there are questions that need to be asked about their big claims.

Great product. Works well and easy to install. There have been teething problems (mainly to do with communication), but the response to fixing the issues has been great.

Firstly there was an issue with delivery. Puure ordered a new one. Which got delivered quickly and when we used it. Our kids love the taste of filtered water. It was amazing.

I have been using Puurefilters for over a year now and wouldn’t be without it. My water is amazing and the kettle hardly fits up anymore. I recently had to contact them about the filter unit leaking. They are sending me a new one. The customer service replied straight away. I can’t fault the service and the product. Thank you so much, I am so glad I found Puurefilters😊
