Frustrating experience and poor communication
I applied for financing through Pursuit Lending and found the experience disappointing. Communication was limited, responses were often brief, and I did not receive the level of clarity I expected during such an important process.
When questions came up, I did not feel I was given clear or detailed explanations about the status of the application or the reasoning behind certain decisions. That made the process more frustrating than it needed to be.
In my opinion, a lender handling SBA-related financing should provide more transparency, better follow-up, and clearer communication throughout the process.
