Terrible quality, terrible customer service
I ordered a shirt, a cardigan and an off shoulder jersey Trikot.
The shirt at least has decent fabric but it’s short and just very, very wide (I ordered XXL).
The cardigan… It’s bad. The motive is only printed on, BADLY, it feels like the worst fluffy Plastik top from the 90s, the button holes aren’t even all opened for buttons to be put in and the buttons look like they’ll disappear after washing.
The off shoulder jersey was also more wide then long, it’s see through even through both layers, has loose threads all over and just looks ugly.
I paid 77€ for these three items and I can very confidently say I would receive much better quality if I spent half of it on SHEIN.
Now the fun part - I wrote 6 mails as of now to the shop because I want to return everything and they simply won’t let me. They say it’s so expensive to return (as the clothes came directly from china) and why don’t you just keep it and get 20% off?
Next they offered 30, 50 and 70%.
Now that shows how much what I got is actually worth.

They work with you if it's not right!
I ordered 8 items from Purplehecate and they were all so cute! Some of them ended up being shorter than expected based on the size chart online. I'm still leaving a 5 star review though because I absolutely love the ones that did fit and their customer service was great. I contacted them on the WhatsApp link they gave me when I ordered and Leo helped me figure things out and I got to help by giving them feedback on their sizes. My order was easy to place and shipped within a few days. I love the shirt I received. The colors are great and print is clear. The fabric was thinner than I expected but I feel it is in keeping with the price point. I do feel the sizing runs a bit small. I ordered a larger size for a baggy fit and it is definitely fitted.

The sweater cardigans that I ordered are so cute, super cozy, and best of all, can be dried in the dryer without fear of shrinkage - although I did order a size up because I prefer my sweaters to be on the baggy side.

After 3 months the whole prints just…
After 3 months the whole prints just vanished. Now I got 3 basic t-shirts without any prints left.
(I washed them three or four times. No hot temperatures and always turned them onto the other site)
I’m living in Germany so the shipping and taxes were not cheap and it’s quite disappointing.
