You won’t regret instructing Purplebricks
My experience with Purplebricks from the start has been amazing. Colin and Ashley have made the process so simple and easy. I got the asking price I had in mind much is a bonus. I also love how I can be in control of when the viewings takes place, directly with the viewer. All updates are live. If I was to sell or buy a property in the future, I would not hesitate is instructing Purplebricks.

Don’t touch them with a barge pole.. you’ll only get to hear from them until valuation and instruction.. after that they are no where to be found! Thank God we were still in the cooling off period so got our money back.. but definitely won’t recommend them!

Absolutely dreadful.
If I could give Purplebricks zero stars, I would. I’ve had seven different sales ‘consultants’ in a year. None of them were good communicators and they failed on absolutely every score. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.

Literally scam artists. They will value your house way above other estate agents, fail to sell, then charge you massive fees for their failure. I dread to think of all the people they take advantage of. Despicable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
