Final (Happy!) Edit: 04/27/2027 The lost order showed up and the company did not charge me. I sent an email saying it was received and they claimed there is no way to charge a lost product. So they really spoiled me here and I’m grateful! Now I’ve got 7!!! [This more than made up for the first bad experience. I’m satisfied.]
Edit: 04/25/2026 Order was finally received after new one was issued. It was not exactly prompt but I’m simply glad I got it.
Edit: 04/13/2026 Purlisse says the newest order is on the way but it still has not moved. I will move this to more stars if I receive it.
I’ve now had two different orders say they are delayed. They sell me what they do not have in stock. I was told they didn’t know when they would get more on the first order in 2025. Yet again, I trusted, now it’s delayed like clockwork. I’ve only been able to obtain the Ageless Glow Serum BB Cream SPF 40 from third party sellers. I’ve never had such unreliability before from beauty products.
First date was 12/16/25, now the new order was placed on 04/03/26 and it’s running late again. I’ve messaged support far faster this time as last time giving them a month was meaningless. I waited until 1/12/2026 to reach out to customer support. This time, I gave it week. It has the same delay message as before and I’m tired… this isn’t cheap!
