Very disappointed with this company, the product is not suitable for me I want to return it but they mention that it's an international return address and that shipping costs are higher. I find the company is misrepresenting because their return policy does not mention any return fees. Buyer beware.

Don't waste your money! I used it religiously for months and I didn't improve one bit.

I wanted Purivon to work so badly but unfortunately my seatbelt injuries as a front seat passenger in a car that did a fierce emergency stop made it impossible. Throughout the team were so helpful and I really tried. In the end I had to return the machine and Purivon honoured the full refund. I wish it had worked for me but I think they are a very sound and helpful company.

I have usedy Pelvaton three times a day and now on level 3.
It has made a world of difference to me,dry all day and only get out of bed once during the night

I would like to submit a formal complaint regarding a highly disappointing experience I’ve had with
– PurivonI purchased a device from them which unfortunately stopped working not long after purchase. I contacted the company to raise a complaint, but received no initial response. When they eventually did reply, they kept asking a series of repetitive questions and then insisted I take a video of the issue — a frankly ridiculous and impractical request, clearly meant to stall the process.

The customer service has been absolutely hopeless throughout. It’s become clear to me that this is just a money-making product with little support behind it, and it's very overpriced for what it offers. As a practice nurse, I would never recommend this device to colleagues or patients.

I believe potential customers should be made aware of this experience, and I would appreciate if this complaint could be made visible on their Trustpilot profile.

My Purivon never arrived and I have messaged them numerous times telling them. I received a message saying that my item had been delivered but I have not received it and that was a few weeks ago. As a 76 year old pensioner I had to go without to purchase this and not receiving it and not even getting an email back from them has devastated me.
I would never purchase from them again. I am absolutely shocked at how I have been treated!

I've been emailing them for days to arrange a return, they have not responded at all. This company is not registered on Companies House, the trade reference quoted on the website is for a different company at the same address. I just want to return the item, by law I can do this as I've let them know within 14 days, but absolutely no response.

I purchased the Pelvitone about 3 weeks ago and found it uncomfortable to use. I had to contact the returns department several times just to receive the return address.
I returned the item fully tracked and my tracking confirmed that my Pelvitone was delivered to the Returns address.
I have only heard a couple of times back from the Returns department - each time saying they had no note on their system of my Return . I sent a photo of my postage receipt and Tracking number and since then only silence! This Company obviously do not refund any return. I am very disappointed as this was an expensive item and for me utterly useless. Buyer Beware!!

After publishing my review above someone called Alex from Purivon/Pelvitone contacted me and organised my Refund within a few days.
However the original Returns department are still writing to me and apologising that they cannot process my refund! This Company obviously have interdepartmental communication problems. I am very pleased to have my refund but it was a frustrating and stressful experience.

Amazzzzzzing!!!!!!!!! I used it one night and didn't wake up to go to the bathroom at 3am!!!! Is this thing for REAL? WOW!!!!! SO GLAD I BOUGHT THIS! 😃

Product does not perform as promised. If you ask to return the item they will require you to send it to an international address. International shipping is very expensive. Buyer beware.
AI Google does not recommend this product or company due to the large amount of complaints across all review sites. Positive reviews are suspect. Make your own decision.
After time, pushing the company, and the involvement of my CC company, they refunded my money in exchange for an amended review. My search for a solution will continue on.

I was leaking badly and well could not push when necessary. And it’s necessary. I suffered from before Mother’s Day until this device arrived first week of June. It is now 8/17 and only using this 1 a day and my system is staying quite regular. Buy it!! No regrets!!

Ten years ago I had a partial hysterectomy. The next day …I had to also start using adult pads in case I had an accident. This went on for ten long years. I tried everything. I bought many different products that claimed they could cure my problem. Nothing worked until I found the ad for Purivon…. I used your product for only three weeks and I saw a huge improvement!!! This has given me back my dignity ..freedom…and I feel way better about myself! Thank you and I pray this finds and helps someone like it did for me!! Btw stick with the program…I PROMISE IT WORKS!!!!!

I was sceptical at first and not even sure I would get a refund if it didn’t work. But I am so glad I decided to go ahead and try the Pelvitone. I saw results within the first couple of weeks and stopped having mad rushes to the toilet and having accidents on my trips to the toilet during the night.
After a few weeks I stopped using pads as I was throwing clean ones away.
It is easy to use once you get the hang of it and it doesn’t take much time out of your day.

I purchased the PelviTone and am very pleased with it, however, I then sent for the EMS pelvic floor massager,
what a waste, the electric impulse is so fierce that I just couldn’t keep it on my stomach I tried all the different
modes and all the different strengths to no avail.
However the quick response of customer service to my complaint has been outstanding.

Loving this device. It works. I was hoping I could avoid surgery for a prolapse. Within a few days I noticed a difference. Highly recommend.

Received my Pelvitone but no ebook guide, have emailed numerous times, but no response! Customer service is non-existent. Just hope I can wing it.
Not impressed!

Apparently ordering the product is quick and easy, I decided the product may not be suitable for me, I was refunded in a quick manner and wish the product and its take off good luck
