I originally bought these mats 10 years ago. They were excellent. So when it came to replacement I went back to Puretree. Ordered on a Sunday they arrived on Tuesday!

Quick service
To be fair, I only ordered some samples online. They came very quickly and were far bigger than anticipated so gave me a good idea of the quality and colour of the flooring planks. There is a good degree of variation in tone and pattern, which I like and the product feels warm and flexible, which is what I was looking for. As yet we haven’t placed an order, but this is the best of the cork products I have looked at. There was so much choice I wish I could have had more than 3 samples to aid decision making.

Incorrect Samples Delivered!
Ordered 3 different & diverse samples of cork to be sent out for a customer.
We received 2 samples of plain cork and none of what was ordered.
So far - would not recommend. Cork quality seemed ok for cork.

I placed an order - still not arrived
I placed an order, paying for the 2-3 day delivery option, expecting a slight delay given Covid. 10 days later I chased and I was told someone would call me back that day. 3 days later and nothing. Disappointing.
