Avoid !!!

Placed an order in early October 2021 and still not received my watch. I have sent several emails asking for a refund but they respond saying the delivery has been delayed due to covid. Looks like a scam to me. Avoid at all costs.

Like most of these people writing…Puretime are Thieves and Liars

Like most of these people writing reviews on Puretime, these people stole my money. I ordered two watches in October of 2021 and soon after paying in October I received tracking information where the watches had arrived and cleared customs. After not moving from that stage for a month, Puretime said they were getting the watches shipped back and re-shipping my watches. I received tracking where the shipment went back and was re-shipped and again cleared customs inspection and it has been sitting here since December 5th 2021. For a while they appeased me with emails assuring that everything would be fine and I would receive my watches and they would make things up to me for taking that long to get the watches to me. It is now March first-well over 200 days since the watches were ordered and now they have stop emailing me back. Stealing my money sucks but this company obviously has a bad history of stealing money from people and now that I am digging deeper their watches are not very good replicas. Please be aware that these people are not good people-they are low lying thieves and liars and should never be trusted. Try OK Replica or China Noob-both I have ordered from and received good quality watches in a timely manner. You want to think that most people are decent and going to do business accordingly as it is a hard time to do business nowadays but these guys have chosen to steal and lie so I warn you not to do business with these low life's. There are plenty of businesses out there that will give you what you order and in a timely manner. Puretime will do neither of these. Please beware and save your money!

SCAM! Do not fall for it

I must have spent weeks emailing this company, a person in the “sales team” called Jennifer. as let’s be honest we’re all a bit eager to have a Rolex but don’t want to wait the full 3 years on the waiting lists at an AD. So I thought - I’ll do my homework which I did…

I found these people in a forum and decided to bite the $438 bullet on a GMT Batman replica after lots of back and forth. ( Gives you the illusion they are legit)

I even discussed that I’d be paying by credit card as I was wary that there’s lots of scams and that way I could always get Visa fraud team to come down on them like a ton of brickes (which is in motion btw and they are going to find out through reading this) They told me all about the different movements and that an Asian movement was more reliable with less problems than their ‘Swiss replica’ which is just designed to look the same as a 3135 Rolex movement.”less problems this one” she said…

Anyway - they Qc the watch for you on a timegrapher making it look legit but they won’t ever show you the watch working for more than 15 seconds… remember that for later…

They do the usual customs fraud by asking you to say it’s this or that or don’t use that courier… It arrived after a month or so and yep looks good. It comes in this plastic protective wrapping though so you can’t really inspect the watch unless you take it off… BUT DONT DO IT! This is how they screw you!!! 7 hours later as it’s coming up to 8pm I realise the hour marker won’t go round past 8. It’s stuck forever in the 8 position… a lovely $400+ Indication of quality…

So I send them a video of the piece of crap not working and explaining the issue in an angry email and they told me I had to send it back and they would “assess it. So I did, next day - I didn’t even have it for 24 hours in the UK “They went off for Chinese New Year (kept emailing me but I think they were just stalling to be difficult tbh) 6 weeks later they finally get round to my emails - to say it had to be brand new when they got it back in order for a refund to apply. What they mean by brand new on a watch that doesn’t work god knows - but in their eyes it meant having the plastic wrapping left on… they made up some bull crap about scratches on the metal once it’s been removed which is utter guff as it’s just their way of bullet proofing stealing your money and making sure they tie you into the returns policy WHICH BTW has no detail about needing to be in the “original plastic wrapping” on their returns site. At this point I am fuming - it is like saying if you buy a new car without a working engine, it can’t be returned unless the air freshener that says ‘new car smell’ is still in the front dash. I think there must be some sort of tiny brain syndrome with these people, oh wait or they could just be criminals.. ah yes I think it’s more likely a huge dose of both!

It’s been 3 months since they took my money, I don’t even have a rubbish replica to show for it and after multiple emails of me calling them criminals - which they are as they are defrauding you out of the best part of $400+ on most of these watches.

Bunch of criminals guys - there’s no other way to put it. NEVER BUY FROM PURETIME.IO!!!!!

I am the idiot for buying from them in the first place - just don’t do it guys.

Visa’s fraud team were very interested to hear about them though…

Lost my money in this scam.

Lost my money in this scam.

Felt reliable, site looked OK, saw some websites which recomended this.
Ordered a wacht for around $400, but never received it.
Proven by the (probably fake) tracking link, but still no refund. They kept me busy with some vague answers, but no not even a reply on the emails because it comes down to a refund.

So don't fall for it.

"My Glashutte watch which is absolutely stunning"

My Glashutte watch which is absolutely stunning and arrived in four days from China. There is an anxious period after payment waitnig for a response to say payment confirmed, however no need to worry as after a few days you get an email with pictures of the actual watch. All you have to do is answer with the words "I accept" and your watch is shipped and you can track it all the way.
I am so pleased that I am tempted to buy another watch. Well done "Puretime"
