Stay away from these fraudsters.
After previously having a subscription to window cleaning and being pleased with the initial cleans, I noticed that Martin (one of the cleaners) stopped cleaning the windows, but I continued to be charged. I raised this with Puretech and was assured that he'd been... impossible given that all my windows were open and therefore couldn't have been cleaned.
This has happened for a second time and I contacted Puretch notifying them that I cancelled my DD and no longer wished to be ripped off.
Upon returning a call from a rather vile receptionist who insinuated that I was lying and that my windows HAD been cleaned (like she'd know...) said SHE was giving ME the benefit of the doubt and sending someone to come and inspect the windows. I was completely outraged, still am.
The company now owes me money from last month and I will go ahead and report them to trading standards.
I expect my money refunded and to not be contacted by Puretech again.
