Like others I need to read the reviews before placing an order. Ordered a replacement power lead on 22 May. Got an email acknowledgement but as yet haven't received the item and no response to emails.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Read all the other reviews they are spot on. Wrong adapter sent for a radio and of course they are not responding.

Seems this company is making money out of selling dodgy goods on the back of the Pure brand.
Ordered a replacement mains adapter for PURE One Elite radio.
Likes:
1. Email enquiry on non-arrival of part
was answered.
2. Item did arrive.
Dislikes:
1. Item should have arrived on
14/07/23 but did not arrive until
29/07/23.
2. Item is not a PURE branded part
but a generic Chinese replacement.
Output current is overrated @2.0A
while the original is 0.8A.
3. No notification of despatch and had
to contact seller when item had not
arrived by 19/07/23.

Looks like I should have read the reviews before ordering. Put my order in for a power adapter on 3 June, complained a week later and got a reply saying they'd send one immediately, it's the 25th now and I'm still waiting...
Delivery took 6 weeks, and was not a Pure Radio original part but a generic chinese part.
No reply from the help line - just a recorded message.
One reply to my verious emails and when I indicated I wanted to return the item, they stopped responding.
