COUNTERFEIT PRODUCTS

I ordered Mary Ruth's Hair Growth Max from them. The return label on the products I received were from some lady named Elizabeth and the address was from some defunct strip mall in Colorado. When I received the bottles I compared it to the bottle I had previously purchased directly from Mary Ruth's. Despite all bottles saying they were 15.22 oz, the ones from Pure Source were clearly smaller. The labeling was also different and the bottles did not have the lot number. I sent all of the pictures to Mary Ruth's Organics and they confirmed I was sent counterfeit products. I reached out to Pure Source by email with all of the evidence and received no response. I called the business number listed and it said the number was no longer available. I emailed them again and they finally responded, ensuring me my product was legit and bottles can look different due to being from different manufacturing sites. They offered me a 50% refund. I will be continuing to fight this. I left a negative review on Shop for my purchase, warning other shoppers, and they deleted it. This company is 100% a scam, do not buy from them.

Counterfeit nutritional products

I found this company through the Shop app. I ordered Mary Ruth's hair supplements through them. I thought I got a good deal, buy 3 get one free. The products I received were CLEARLY counterfeit. There were tons of misspellings on the package, and when I opened it it smelled and had the consistency of motor oil. Do NOT order from them.
