I am so pleased with my rose hoodie
I am so pleased with my rose hoodie. Delivery was quick. I was looking for modest active wear, but often found that it didn’t give me coverage. The material is light weigh, soft and breathable. Perfect for working out or just casual wear .. so happy I found pure souls. Will be purchasing again.

Hello, we sent the item on next day delivery, however when the delivery person arrived you werent at home. They left the parcel at the local depot, You contacted us after two weeks and stated that you havent recieved anything dispite the email being next on the day, and having screenshotted the tracking information along with the website and the complete information including the map on how you can pick up the parcel. to which you refused to do so. You requested that we give you refund however according to royal mail the parcel is at your local depot and again you refused to pick it up. If you want still want to resolve this then feel free to contact us.
Lovely quality products
Lovely quality products. The trousers are a little long for me - but I'm quite short anyway! However I can't fault the items themselves. The hoody is long enough to cover everything and the fabrics are great.

Pleased with my purchase !
I am pleased with my set. You can tell it is of very good and durable quality for a decent price. I like the pink color of the sweat which add a little bit of "girliness". Unfortunately, the fabric may be a little too thick for this time of the year so I did not get the chance to wear it as often as i'd like but I am sure it will be perfect for autum/winter season. I also wish I had taken a size bigger for the sweat (I am normally a size M and got it in size M). It fits but I always prefer a more ovesize cut. One last thing, if you order from France like me keep in mind that you will probably have custom fees to pay ( I have paid 15 euros extra)...the overall experience is pretty good. Thank you !
