They tried taking money from me even though I haven't ordered anything or heard of this website before.

Lovely products for such a great price. Delivery cane straight away

I received the wrong item (the most expensive item is missing from the order), happy to send the wrong item back for the correct one. But I’ve had no response from the customer service team yet sadly. I will have to contact my bank for help if I continue to not get a response unfortunately.

Great easy to use website. Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Will definitely order again.

Good Service. The delivery arrived a day later than it was supposed to, I don't know if that was because of the delivery service or PureSkincare, but regardless it wasn't too late. The correct products arrived and they were such a great price I can't complain about anything. I would be happy to shop with them again.

Didn’t receive the items I ordered but something else. Contacted their CS 3 days ago, but no one has gotten back to me. Will never order from here again, for shame!

I have really enjoyed all of my visits to Pure. All the staff are welcoming and make you feel at ease, whilst also providing you with all the information about the treatments they give. Would definitely recommend for top service and a nice relaxing experience. Great clinic !

Delivery was a bit long but completely understandable between christmas and new years, the packaging was really pretty and I liked the little card but I think the box could have been a bit smaller considering I only bought one small face balm. I had a really nice chat with one of the owners of pureskincare on instagram after asking her about delivery and overall would definitely buy from here again

Great selection of products, fast delivery, and packaged beautifully with attention to detail. I really appreciated the free samples that came with my purchase, and everything was reasonably priced. I know I'll definitely be purchasing from them again. Also, the founder is absolutely lovely and she'll happily answer any questions you may have.

The owner is not only so sweet, but very knowledgeable and shows a clear passion for what she does. There is clear thought behind the packaging of her products, which makes it a joy to receive and open; not only that but the products themselves are incredible and you can tell she picks out the product she sells carefully.

The website in itself ensures that you understand the product that she’s selling, and what issues they target, and it’s very easy to navigate. I love her points system, as well as the consultation she offers which means you’re never left second-guessing what to buy. You have support all the way through.

Great selection of products on the site for great prices - plus they went out of their way to help me save money on my order, refunding me delivery costs after I didn't use a discount code, which was so lovely! I'll definitely be shopping again!
