I have been shopping here for several years and love the clothing. I’ve had no problems with the delivery to the US and have always purchased tops. Recently ordered pants and love them! I especially like the color options.

I was sent the wrong item. I requested a return label & a refund as I realised the linen used was the type I find scratchy to wear.
I misplaced the email PurePlus sent with postage. I requested it be resent. It was not. I was told it would be picked up by Royal Mail (no choice given de the day). It was not picked up - we are friendly with our postie and he checked over several days.
Pure Plus have not responded to my email informing them of this.
I rang the number on the website but it didn’t go through, doesn’t exist. Business seems to be based in two different run down domestic houses, from the looks of Google Maps.
So: wrong item sent, slow communication, no refund made, ignoring the customer. Very scammy & bad customer service. Not recommended. Will be claiming back via payment provider.

I won’t be shopping here again. I liked the clothes, although the colour runs in the wash a lot and it’s expensive, but customer service is terrible. I can only agree with other customers that once they have your money they don’t give it back! I returned a couple of items and after an initial problem of me sending the parcel to the wrong address, it’s still been 4 weeks since it was confirmed as received and I have no refund.

I bought a number of clothing items from Pure Plus. I quickly tried them and liked them - great. When I came to press them around a month later to take away on holiday, I noticed 2 of the garments had holes in them. The trouser seam was frayed on the outside seam and the back of the top had a hole in the middle of it. I immediately emailed Pure Plus with the problem. Elaine Reason replied 3 days later, commenting that I’d bought the clothing a month ago and could I send photographs of the holes. I did this a couple of days later upon returning from holiday (I wasn’t able to take the clothing to wear). No response, so I emailed again a few days later and still nothing back from her. I’m still waiting 3 weeks on. I’ve emailed again telling her I’m disgusted and won’t be buying again. Don’t buy from this company, they don’t care once they have your money. I will have to pay someone to ‘mend’ the clothes 🙁 Avoid.

Orders received promptly and clothes look good however I have had issues with the quality of their fabrics. I have had issues when using a mild baby wipe on a stain that the whole area becomes totally discoloured as though something in the dying process has reacted badly leaving the top totally useless. I reported this last year on a tunic top and was ignored. It happened again yesterday on a t shirt at lunch. I have never had any issue with any other fabric discolouring that way. I just automatically reached for a wipe when I dropped something on it. Everyone at lunch said absolutely that shouldn’t happen!! Will think twice about ordering again.

I won't use this company because they have consistently used a Youtuber to advertise their products who has a very serious problem with their channel. The company was informed and continued to give them free stuff! Can't go into details but let's say that this family run company needs to look at their choices. No from me....

The clothes are great quality and reasonably priced. I have bought several tops and jumpers and have been extremely impressed with them all. Delivery is always very prompt too. Would highly recommend this company.

The garment is made from good quality fabric which is reflected in the price ( slightly higher than other similar vendors) It is comfy and perfectly sized. Items arrived quickly and well packaged so excellent customer service is provided. A very satisfactory experience.

Absolutely shocking I purchased a black long sleeve jumper with a white star on the front.
It's been worn twice the first time it was washed the cheep black dye from the jumper turned the star grey. I don't expect to pay £36.00 for rubbish.
No information to say the item will run
Over priced rubbish I will pursue to get my money back.
Avoid at all cost

I was contacted buy the company after leaving my review i was informed they don't use trustpilot I said I'm well within my rights to leave a review.
I have been back and forth with this
company regarding the item even after sending photos.
I have had to contact the
payment provider and upload images to them.
Eventually I was sent a 48 hour label to return the item ton the 3/12/24 it was posted back on the same day and they received it on the 5/12/24.
I have again had to contact them today regarding my refund that was not refunded.
I have now been in contact with consumer ombudsman and my bank and will be taking the matter further.
Dishonest company

Not sure why others say customer service is excellent. I ordered four items at a cost of over £200. All the colours ran out of the items and two of the items have already split at the seams. I have tried to contact the company: the phone number on the website does not work and no-one’s emailing back. Avoid this company

Excellent customer service. I had a fault in one of the linen tops I bought. Messaged them showing the fault. Quick response. New top arrived 2 days later!!!! Will definitely be using this company again.

I now have two pairs of their Magic Pants. navy and now white. They are my go to trousers for everyday use and always take them on holiday. I fluctuate between a M&S 22 or 24. So I purchased both in size 2. As I’ve lost a bit of weight, the next purchase will be size 1. They wash well and don’t need ironing.

Back in 2022 I wrote a review based on my experience at that time which was so awful I thought it was a scam. Eventually however I did get the product I had ordered and have been very happy with it so I decided to try them again. I have now made 2 further orders and the experience has been totally different. Great speedy service and very happy with the items.
