I actually found out about the site through YouTube videos, but after trying it myself, it turned out to be a scam. They don't send the product or refund your money; they steal people's money.
Horrible treatment + order delay
I ordered multiple items from this website in 2024's Black Friday (that is in the end of November). To this date, some of the items hasn't still arrived, I contacted them multiple times and they keep saying we will escalate your request to relevant team and nothing.
One of my orders was wrong, the item ordered was a 2-pack, they only got me one and tried to blame me for ordering a single item, after discussing this for a week with their support, they refunded me with a total of about 60% of the original amount paid, saying that this is all they got back from Amazon, why would I care what amazon refunded back to you? I paid Pure Platform not Amazon.
Horrible website overall, I will never use it again to order anything and will remove my account once the last item is settled.
It is a platform through which you can buy from shopping sites in the world to Iraq
Their shipping and sea freight are very bad
As for air freight, it is good but expensive.

The shipment is very delayed
I waited for more than 4 months for goods I bought from Aliexprss in America
But it has not arrived yet and there is a shipment that they canceled after four months of waiting, and they deposited the amount of that shipment into my account with them, but they do not return the amount to your bank or personal account.
There are two shipments that are mentioned on their website that they received them in their warehouse in my country, but they do not send them to my address for more than a month and a half
Most likely the two shipments are subject to damage or loss, I do not know.
Their support is good JUST in speed of responses
but when I contact support, it is useless because they do not solve my problem
