The dogs love the food. But I have to use more than the recommended 10 scoops per day to stop my lab from losing weight-and he doesn’t need to lose weight.

My main gripe is the delivery/logistics you use is unreliable. Delivery times are shown in the ‘track delivery’ page, then nothing turns up, then the delivery shows coming the following day.

I signed up for Pure as I could just about afford it and it looked like good quality food so worth a try. Unfortunately feeding my dogs the suggested amount resulted in my dogs losing weight quickly. I am now feeding my dogs almost double the initial suggested quantity and so it is costing me almost double what I was expecting when I first subscribed. My dogs love the food and never turn their noses up so I am reluctant to stop feeding them Pure and find something cheaper, but as the cost of living goes up, I’m afraid I might have to. I wonder if you have other clients who have found that the initial suggested feeding guide was too low for what their dog actually needed?
Other than that, the website is easy to use and delivery is quick and food is delicious so 10/10 for that but as for the cost of this food I’m afraid you are pricing a lot of people out

Stevan signed me up for this at Great Yorkshire Show. Top sales patter (knew his stuff) has been followed by top dog food. I bloody love it and so does the dog! Easy to store, easy to use and easy to travel with. Dog now had 2 flavours from his starter pack and loves them. Quality dog logs every time. Who knew I could get so excited by dehydrated dog food!

My dog had major stomach surgery to remove two cancers. This left him with severe diarrhea. I contacted Pure who tailor made a recipe to suit his condition. After only two weeks on the Pure diet his diarrhea cleared up until sadly he passed away from unrelated health problems.
I contacted Pure as I had an unopened bad of food to see if I could gift it to someone and they said as long as the dog receiving it doesn’t have any known allergies it is perfectly safe for them to have it. To my great surprise they refunded me for the unopened bag of food.
I cannot thank Pure enough for their service and compassion any would highly recommend them to anyone

Started my dog on Pure food because my son started using it for his dog and the difference it made to him his coat was beautiful and he is in all round great condition and now my dog is aswell

Spent over £30 on this food. Our puppy absolutely hates it won’t even touch it. We contacted the company less than 3 days after receiving a large quantity of food. One large bag completely unopened the other just a tiny amount used as puppy refuses to eat it. It looks and smells horrible, like the texture of paper mache. Company absolutely refusing a refund even for unopened bag. So if you try be prepared to loose your money if your pet doesn’t like it. Don’t be fooled by their advertising.

My dog Woozle loves Pure Petfood - it is tasty , wholesome and easy to prepare. There’s lots of different recipes to explore. Pure also supply plenty of tasty treats and extras which he enjoys. The online ordering arrangements are convenient and you can chose the delivery dates to suit you. The cost is reasonable. Woozle and I are satisfied customers and very happy to recommend Pure Petfood.

Food arrived quickly and after a week of changing over to Pura, very carefully as advised, Lexi loves it and it’s so easy to do. Mornings and evenings her bowl is licked clean.
Help is always at hand so no need to struggle. There are so many options. I’m totally hooked. 🥰
