Scam

Clearly a scam. AI images of weight loss and pretending to link to Boots.com who are not associated with this.
Website clearly thrown together in a rush with terms and conditions ripped off from a company that sells clothes.

This is not real. AI enhanced

I bought these patches that are much smaller than advertised, opaque, with entirely smooth surface, no needles at all. They do exactly nothing at all so the only pounds I lost was GBP sterling!
They advertise a money back policy if dissatisfied but their email address is not recognised, phone numbers leave you on hold until you've lost more money

They are putting out fake adverts…

They are putting out fake adverts showing Boots online. I can supply a screen showing this. But when you go to 'shop now' it takes you to \\gisufigl.com - nothing to do with Boots company
