Sleep formula works!!!
The only product I use from Pure Health is their Sleep Formula. I take one when ready to sleep and one mre if I wake during the night. No side effects for me. I works quite well.

UPDATE OF REVIEW: NOT happy with the results of CL Balance
I need to update this review. When I went to my doctor to review my lab results, he was very pleased with the numbers. I had misunderstood the total cholesterol number as being very high when in fact, the bad cholesterol went down and the good cholesterol and triglycerides improved. He suggested that I continue with CL Balance since it appeared to be working! So glad to not have to take statins!!!
Old review: I was hoping for a natural product to lower cholesterol but was extremely disappointed. I have taken CL Balance faithfully for 6 months and instead of improving my cholesterol, my numbers increased by 40 points. I am in the process of trying to get my money back with the guarantee, we shall see.
