Don’t believe all you read, A***
I read the reviews on here and was very sceptical about ordering especially over £300 worth. But I bit the bullet and placed an order Tuesday 13th Feb. I wasn’t aware at the time that pure hair was based in Australia due to it saying co.uk. I received an email Tuesday night at midnight stating that they only had 2 of the 3 colours available and if I wanted another colour or refund. I sent photos of my hair for a colour match and they suggested the 2 off blacks would be great and the other jet black (I did order 3 off black colours)
I agreed as my I can mix the colours through. Our last conversation was Friday early hours of the morning ( 8am Australian time) by Friday after our time they dispatched my order, Saturday it got put on a flight and Monday morning I received my items 10:30am. When I opened the order I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and the colour matches on my own hair. Obviously in transport it had kinks but with brushing them out and hanging them on my hair hanger they have dropped. I haven’t put them in yet so I cannot speak about how long they last but I can honestly say that I am very pleased with my order and will definitely be ordering again. Yes they are expensive but I have thick hair so needed at least 3 batches which each one has 100 strands (micro loop) in.
