In my opinion these people are professional scammers. This is backed by their customer feedbacks and reviews. My first instinct told me that the prices are too good to be true. But they insisted that... See more

They’re SCAMMERS with POOR QUALITY PRODUCT
If I could give lower then a one star I would this company is a true ripoff they take your money and give you boots that you didn’t order and they look nothing like what they advertise. And when you ask for a refund they want you to keep the boots thats cheap looking and too big. They had the nerve to ask me to keep the boots and they will give me back 20% then it went to 30% now it’s up to 35% the last I checked. I wish I would have looked at their reviews before I place my order. Dam near took me a month to get the boots Their shit is fake and their advertisement is misleading it’s all fake shit they’re selling. If these scam artist don’t give me my refund I’m calling my credit card company and I will have them to revise the charge. And then I’m throwing their shit in the trash. Because that’s exactly where they belong. Who put shoes in a plastic bag then have USPS stuff them in a mail box. Who does that. I should have known better when it took my package a month to get to my location only to get stuffed inside my mailbox!
Not leather boots or look like what’s advertised
Ordered 2 pair of boots from this company. Took 5 weeks to get. Label says Chicago, Illinois , but when I complained about the boots they said to ship back was too expensive to ship to China. Boots look nothing like the advertised pictures. Tobacco python cowboy boots came in as maroon red not brown. Size was 2 sizes too big.The 2nd pair was correct size but a shiny black python leather ankle boots. Smelled like rubber. No box just should in a plastic bag with other boots. Customer service playing games with keep them and 10% back. Next offer was 30%. Now a week later I’m at 40%. They are way too big and wrong color. The bottom of the sole looks nothing like the boots pictured either. Don’t buy from this company. It’s the basic China bait and switch. They sell you a pic you want and send some cheap cosmetic boot and force you to keep what they sent. Horrible
Do NOT make a purchase with Purefite
Do NOT waste your money on anything from this site. This company is garbage. They did fulfill my order (over 2 months to ship 1 small item) but their products are not as advertised and cheap knock of versions that belong nowhere but the dumpster. Refunds were rejected by customer service.
Awful Customer Service
Awful Customer Service: I purchased a pair of their boots, but they were huge. When I asked about an exchange, they said that they sent the correct size. And maybe they did, but if so, then their sizes run extra large. I wear a size 10 but it fits like a size 12.
I think part of the problem is that the boots are European sizes, not sizes used in the United States. Regardless of why, they have not been helpful in the return/exchange request.
That being the case, I do not recommend doing business with this company.
100% RUBBER SHOES ...DONT ORDER..NO REFUND
After waiting over 3 weeks the moment I saw the large plastic envelope thrown against my garage door not in a box I knew I was in trouble. I could smell rubber before opening the package. My heart sank. On inspection the mailing package had two pairs of shoes each stuffed in a smaller plastic bag. The ad clearly stated that both pairs were "genuine leather. BOTH PAIRS WERE 100% RUBBER. Trust me, neither pair has ever seen a cow. I wasn't sure what "GENUINE LEATHER" meant to someone from China. I never put them on and sent an email to them the day I got them and told them I wanted 100% of my money back. Approximately $98.00. Their ad states easy refund. THAT IS A LIE. I have played phone tag with them for two weeks. First it was a 20% refund. Then it was a 30% refund. Although they owe me a 100 % refund I countered and said the least I would take would be 50%. They agreed and said I should get the refund in 1-3 days. We will see. If AOL is going to allow ads on their site from businesses in China they need to hold them to some kind of standard. The last experience I had like this was when I placed an order to TEMU. Same horrible products. They did give a 100% refund. I don't want rubber shoes. My last resort was this site for complaints. MY ADVISE......NEVER ORDER FROM purefite. BUNCH OF LOOSERS. THANKS FOR LETTING ME VENT. KEITH DUNN
Scam
Scam! Sent me the wrong boots and size. Then want to discount something that I never ordered. The quality of the boots I received look like something you would buy at a flea market. This wasn't the same or same quality of the boots I ordered. They want to discount me on the wrong boots and wrong size. Kind of like ordering steak and they bring you liver and then they want to discount it. I wouldn't ever do business with this company again. In credit card review... Joke!
Scam…
The boots listed in the advertisement picture were not the boots that I got. They were different color they were different toe style as well. And they smelled like petroleum. I wanted to return but they refused and would only offer 40% back. This place is a scam
Not The Products advertised
These Boots Look Nothing like the ones advertised. The color and texture are completely different. I would rather donate to a GoFundMe in the States than get ripped off like this.
The Customer service are always in…
The Customer service are always in vacation . They say that my merchandise was in the mail box, Boots to not fit in a mail box.
This is totally a scam and bogus lucky…
This is totally a scam and bogus lucky I paid with PayPal I'm protected against this kind of scam
This is a scam
This is a terrible scam and a complete waste of money. It takes nearly 2 months for you to receive your items. You cannot return them because you have to send them back to China at your own cost, which is three times what you paid for the items. They will not do anything to make up for sending you the wrong items (I ordered a black dress and a powder blue dress that looked nothing like it arrived instead ). Buyer beware! None of them resemble the photos on the website- the fabrics are extremely cheap and designs on the fabric are completely different from the photos. I spent $330 and have nothing to show for it.
Horrible quality
Horrible quality. If I saw this dress at TJ Maxx for $5 I would walk by. It’s that cheap. Said it was cotton. Zero cotton. All polyester. Said it’s made in the USA. ha!
Tag says China. Of course.
Return policy is a lie. They did not offer a refund or ship back. Only ‘10%’ off or 40% off next order. Like I would EVER order from them again!
Girls do not buy anything off an Instagram ad. Lesson learned.
I would give 0 stars
I would give 0 stars. The dress was the completely wrong item, they hassled over email despite saying they have easy returns. They then said a 20% refund only and a coupon. Steer clear!
Terrible customer service
Purefite claims easy returns when it is the opposite. They sent me the wrong dress. After I asked to return the dress, they offered me a percentage off and to just keep it. I didn’t want the dress because I don’t like it. I asked for the mailing label but they then told me that I would have to pay for an expensive label to return it!! Terrible customer service!! I also received the dress one month after I had ordered it - the website claims two weeks. The dress looks cheap and I will never ever wear it. It goes into the trash can.
Would give zero stars if I could as…
Would give zero stars if I could as well. I was sent the wrong order (wrong size) and after 3 months of going back and forth with customer service the max offer I was given was 50% off something that they sent to me in error. Absolutely horrible. And…the refund has still not gone through. Complete scam.
SCAM Zero stars if I could
Zero stars if I could. They make you email to get a return label but none of the email addresses are functional. SCAM
Company is a scam from China
Placed order and part of the order was wrong. They would not process a full refund within the refund period. They originally offered me 10% refund off of a $173 order. When I refused that offer, they came back with other offers. I only ended up getting a $120 refund but took that instead of going through the hassle of filing complaint with my credit card.
