I placed my order on Wednesday, and several days later it still has not been shipped. The order status has not changed and remains “We’re preparing these items for shipping.”

I contacted customer support to ask for an update, but I have not received any response. I also asked them to confirm whether my order was a one-time purchase or a subscription, and I still have not received a clear answer.

Very disappointing customer service. Customers should not have to wait days without any communication. I hope the company improves its response times and keeps customers informed about their orders.

Order was canyfor no reason

I love these vapes! Especially the “Calm” vape. Along with nicotine lozenges, I was able to quit vaping tobacco over a year ago using these vapes. Customer Service has been great.

Ordered, spent $36, the whole site is a scam. No response from support, more than 3 weeks nothing in mail and no tracking - no refund, no response, nothing DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE IT IS A SCAM

I ordered a bundle pack, and loved it. Flavors are great and it definitely is helping me. However I did have one vape that didnt work. I reached out to support and they asked for more clarifying details before providing me with their solution. Truly a great experience with Pure Diffusers

Even though I was unable to get the product because of the Australian boarders, every time I sent an email it was responded to. I accidentally selected subscription, I emailed and it was cancelled. I asked about my order and they were up front saying they are trying to work things out and offered a full refund. I mentioned I would wait a week and when I contacted again unfortunately no further action had been taken so a full refund was issued. I am disappointed I couldn't try the product as I was very excited so hopefully in the future I can try again because the service was outstanding. Thank you again for being quick with replies and offering a solution.

I had to contact customer service with an issue and Pure responded quickly and respectfully. My issue was resolved immediately.

I was under the impression it could be used like you would a cigarette not just 8 puffs a day, not at all worth it to me.

It was great, I hat that it takes awhile to get my package but I guess you guys are really popular so you have a alot of orders to go through. But I'll always use you guys for my caffeine addiction lol

The customer support is amazing quick to respond and very helpful, product is exactly what it said it was and overall I am impressed with this.

I ordered a diffuser in July of 2025. It is now June 29th 2026 and I just got my diffuser. Only had to wait a year. Can’t make this shit up😂 on top of that the diffuser itself is not worth buying imo. Overall just terrible.

My vaporizer stopped working not even half way through and I was told by AI a real person would contact me. But nothing in over 2 weeks and finally got a reply and they will replace the vaporizer. I like the vape so far and will be getting more because even though it took a long time to deal with it they still dealt with it properly.

I ordered four units two weeks ago with “expedited shipping”. I have yet to receive the order, I have yet to get a response from the company, and I don’t know if they will give me any refund. I think these sort of issues are unforgivable. I will never use or recommend this company.

Still waiting for my order to ship after two weeks. Emailed customer service and was responded to by a bot and after following up multiple times have received no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM
